Customers are saying

Customers appreciate the excellent print quality and ease of use of the WorkForce WF-7620 Wireless Wide-Format All-In-One Printer. Many also find the wireless functionality, scanning capabilities, and multiple paper trays beneficial. However, some customers note that the printer is large and heavy, and some have experienced issues with noise levels and occasional reliability problems. The price point is generally considered reasonable.

    Not as good as HP

I purchased this for my home office because of the 2-trays: one for letterhead or 11x17 (for work) and one for plain paper. I am disappointed and wish I had my HP back. The ink runs a gray (not black) row every 5 lines on plain paper and if you let a color get low it won't let you print at all until you replace it. It goes through cartridges very quickly, and I doubt the XL cartridges really are a savings. I cannot recommend this printer.

    Worst printer I've ever had

This is the worst printer I have ever owned. It continually has problems. For a long time, it was a constant connectivity issue. That seems to be mostly working now, but it still malfunctions on a regular basis. The scanning is a constant issue. It puts bars at the bottom of each page when you are scanning several page document. The print quality seems to be very poor. We followed all of the directions to recalibrate, etc. but still has poor quality. It goes through ink like I've never seen before, so we are constantly having to buy and replace ink. We don't do a massive amount of printing, but it still is continually out of ink for one of the colors. My wife is so frustrated we are going to end up purchasing another printer.

    Don't Buy This!

Don't Buy This Printer! It worked great for about the first year and then it has been nothing but trouble since then. I started receiving an error code on the screen. When I googled it I found it was some virus. The paper started jamming constantly or I would receive the error code. I also received prompts on the screen to select the paper tray and size when it should have detected it. I expected this printer to last for many years. I will not purchase another Epson printed if this is indicative of the quality of their printers. I never had trouble like this with my HP printers and they would work for many years without problems. So I now have to replace my Epson with a new HP printer.

    Very disappointed

Have had the printer about a year. Paper feeder sometime fed properly sometimes no. Problems getting it to work in both Windows & Mac. Epson customer support was awful. Geek Squad was Ok. Finally, had enough when the printer heads got clogged. 1) Never by an Epson, 2) Never buy a ink jet printer. If I did not have the extended warranty I would have been in trouble.

    Poor quality print

So I've used this printer about a year. The text prints poorly, pictures are worse. I have always bought the "other" brand printer before this one. I thought I'd buy the Epson to give it a try. I'm very disappointed. Color quality on graphics is substandard and text prints poorly quite often. The text prints poorly on about one line per document. Epson inks don't cost quite as much as the "other" brand, but I don't think I get the number of pages from a cartridge.

Loved it at first. Sadly after a year, the scanner feeder no longer works and the black ink prints smudgy despite having tried EVERYTHING to clean, allign, etc. This is one of three products of theirs I have and I have had consistent results wo=ith all of their products.
