It works but the bottom row of buttons have 2 functions. It doesn't always go to the second function so you might reset something that was already done. I have set it for Fahrenheit according to instructions, but it always goes back to Celsius.

Average. It's slow if you need a quick temp. But if you leave it in the meat, it works well. The preset temps are nice.

It works well. And does what it is supposed to do. But every time you turn off and back on, it defaults to Celsius. And maybe after I use it another 100 times, I’ll remember what button to push and hold to set it to Fahrenheit. But usually I pull it out at the last minute, and I trying to figure it out. While my food overcooks. Do not throw out the cardboard it came mounted on. As that is the only information on how to use it. There is no manual.

Slow to pickup read and the dang thing starts in celcius everytime you turn it on. Sometimes i wasnt sure if it was reading the temperature correctly since there was so much variance. Would not reccomend!

Worked ok, but it doesn't seem to tolerate extreme high heat when making steaks

Not enough bells and whistles for hubby, so I returned it. Still looking fir the "right" one.

Not sure how to use it, instructions not so good. Quality could be better.
