It records perfectly. My son love it, it has saved him with some tickets that he fought in court

I was hesitant at first as I use a Uniden R3 and was not sure if this will mesh together. It has worked out great this far. The only issue i would say that I’ve encounter is the length of the wire coming from the camera that connects to the detector. My Uniden R3’s connection port is on the opposte end of where the camera faces when on the mount. So it is a bit of a stretch connecting the 2. The wite connection is stretched to max so hopefully it lasts. Im sure I can find a small extension but thatbis the issue that I have found with connecting it to the Uniden R3. Good vamera overall

A good addition to the escort radar detector and works with the drive smarter app BUT the recording quality is abysmal especially when in motion. It can capture license plates only when very close and even then the image is blurry and pixelated. Would be nice if there was an option to change the bitrate to increase video quality.

Super clear pictures. Cons are you can only look at your gallery when the cam is on and connected to Blutooth. Hopefully if I do need the footage I can get access quickly without it being overwritten

I’m giving it only 4 stars because the app lacks so many features. It’s a pain to get the videos out thru the app. Then you need 2 apps to run your radar and camera, I called Escort and the answer to this problem is we know and are working on it but no time frame is given. There are better and easier cameras with app out there, the M2 needs a lot of work.

SMALL, attaches perfectly to my radar and connects directly to it, so less cables in the way .....Great resolution also

Seems to work good, but I’m gonna go with one that has cameras on both front and back. It does integrate well with an existing escort radar detector if you have one.

Picture quality is amazing. Witnessed a car accident stayed until police showed. With the video photage they were able to see exactly what happened.

I have an Escort max 360 radar detector and wanted to add a dash cam. Escorts M2 was the perfect solution for me. Setup was incredibly easy.Once setup, you're done.

Easy to install and set up. The app instantly picked it up and began working!

The app doesn't work as advertised its terrible can not view video from phone when connected to the radar detector. Escort suggested using a second hardwired cord to run the M2, and not connect the camera to the drive smar app, then why buy an integrated system? The systems are really all stand alone, detector, camera, laser jammer. Its too bad the camera mount and video quality is great, its an app development issue and it should have never been released until the problems were solved.

I love it would give it up i would recommend it to everyone

Camera works however its only 1080p, its clear but should be better. For the price i would expect the software to work better but its a big let down. Only reason i didn't return its because it works with my radar detector and minimize wires and mounts.
