Posted .While MAX360 does include advanced settings, it is also ready to use in its default settings. Regular Ka alerts is not normal. There may be an issue with your detector. For further assistance, contact us at 800-543-1608 M-F 9:00AM-5PM EST. Live Chat is available 10:00 AM-4:45 PM Eastern Time M-F. Look for the chat icon at the lower bottom right side of the Escort Radar web pages.

It was great loved the arrows worked good very modern compared to my previous device. Today it randomly died while in the car, no warning just dead screen no noise done less than 2 months since I've purchased it. I don't even use my vehicle everyday so there is no over use. Contacted service they want me to send it in since their trouble shooting didn't work. But here's the best part I get to pay $16 to have it shipped to them. Great right? I pay in time and money for their defective device. Save your money go with the Uniden.

It also appears that unit will not store locations anymore after 2 months, getting repeat signals evn though i lock them out. for the price I was expecting a very quiet unit, not this ridiculous constant annoyance.
