I love the 9500ix. I had one stolen while my car was in the shop and replaced it with the same exact model. It's the only one I would use.

I bought this for my daughter and she loves it. It lets you store repeated detections.

I doubt that you will do better for the money. So, now go do what they are made for.

The Escort is one of the best radar detector I have ever owned.

This is my second rader detector. It's a upgrade from my first one. It works better than expected.

I already have one of these in another car, and it works as it should. I bought this one for my other truck and the color matches the interior, added bonus! Only thing is I would like a function to change the colors on these units to match the interior lighting blue or red.

Spent 500 on this and kinda expected the world. I guess it's my fault for relying on it - but bottom line is it's my responsibility to be a good driver. This WILL NOT alert you of laser in the area - only after it has hit you - and then it's too late. Best case scenario is that you can slow a few mph to avoid a bigger fine. I recommend using it IN CONJUNCTION with being a cautious driver.

This detector works great. The GPS technology allows me to mark a known area for radar and reminds me when I'm near that area. Also the ability to download the app allows connection to warnings from other members in the area and alerts my phone. Great price as well.

This item is a replacement. Wouldn't have any other kind!!

I know that this radar detector is pricey but it's worth it. One big ticket that you don't get and it's paid for itself. Sensitivity is great you see them long before they see you. GPS feature is very handy Alerts you to speed traps and red light cameras.

He loved it! He thanked me a Million times and said it the best gift he could have received.

This has not done me wrong, knock on wood, and still has paid it self off with dodging or alerting me of what's coming up in my route, giving me enough time to decelerate the right way versus slamming on the breaks and causing wear. Def would every dollar.

The Escort 9500ix has exceeded my expections with its range of detection and lack of "false alerts". You can lock out X band completely which is the primary source of false alerts and it "remembers" and stores other band alerts such as electric doors and locks them out also. It does take a bit of patience to go over all the things it will do but it is worth it to get the unit set up. Might buy another one for the wife........ BTW, it has been superseded by the Escort IX model but it is $500 This unit, the 9500ix, does everything I needed it to do for almost half the price.

Great product! I have owned several radar detectors in the past I can definitely say that this is the best one. The sensitivity on it is amazing. It also learns on its own and is able to block out false alarms.

Excellent radar detector for long range detection.

When you combine this radar detector with the Escort Live app it makes for an awesome early warning device. Saved me several times already in just the first few weeks.

I upgraded to 9500ix and it has been great. Has long range capabilities. On our drive from Dallas the range helped on the long straight highways picking up troopers long before I could see them
