was told to look at valentine but since i'm a loyal best buy buyer, i decided to compare it to this radar from escort. works great and recently had it installed by best buy in my 2010 corvette. works like a charm and goes great with the direct cord escort sells.

I have been using Escort detectors for quite a long time now and always been happy, except when they finally die. I started with the original Cincinnati Microwave and continue to find their products up to date with technology and reliable.

Pretty good radar works well and app is good in conjuction.

This radar is worth every penny! Great range, very accurate and the features such as "store false signal" works great, I also love the mute feature. I wish it came with the flat power cable instead of a coiled, but that can be purchased seperately.

High Volume is much too low. Range is very good. K

The features of this radar detector are numerous but the State Police still have a gun that it does not pick up. It does a great job of filtering most false signals and the redlight camera warning is a huge help.

Many years ago I owned the Passport Escort and was very happy with it. It was time to upgrade and I am glad I stayed with Escort. You just can't go wrong with this company. Very Happy. Product works well and easy to use.

I have used this radar detector on a few occasions with good results. I love the ability to mark locations like supermarkets as "false alarms". The quality of the hardware is great and it picks up all types of radar and laser.

Great camera it tells you everything all speeding cameras as well I got one that cost more but sucks... Recommend

The is the second time i have purchased this. Sun damage wore the first one out. Hands down the best detector out there. Especially for this price. If you can get it for three hundred, do it. You wont be sorry!

I've been a long time "passport" user and have found them to be everything they say they. I just wish this would have gone on sale a day earlier,I'm positive that I wouldn't have gotten that blasted $200.00 ticket

I had originally bought one and I loved it. Helped me out. I lost it so I bought the same exact one and this time from bestbuy. And they price matched to their competitors price and I got it for even cheaper!

If you get it, go to escort.com to purchase the escort live. It works together great! If you do get pulled over with them, you deserve the ticket. I'm just saying. Too bad Escort stopped making this.

Passport 9500ix is very advanced and informs me when traffic speed is being monitored and announces intersections with camera. Easy to install- wouldn't be without it!

I bought this to"facilitate" frequent 500 mile trips to take care of my aging parents. To date, I've avoided at least one ticket each trip. The feature where it saves false positives is great if you're making the same drive as once it learns, it doesn't alert you next time.

What people don't seem to understand about radar detectors is that they detect all radar not just police, don't bring it back to the store because it's "beeping at nothing". Pay attention.

I love this radar detector. It warns you when you are approaching a red light camera and works on a GPS signal. It is pricey, but worth the money
