This radar detector is far the BEST of the Best. Very accurate. The only bad news about it is the cost. Kind of way over priced. Other than that, you'll love it. Great life saver.

What a great radar detector. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. I've tried Cobras and Beltronics and they just don't compare to this Escort. This radar virtually eliminates false alerts. The GPS technology is a HUGE factor on this one because it has the ability to store false alerts in different locations. Once you drive by a place once, twice or even three times it will then store it in its memory as a fixed location and a false alert (such as a Rite-Aid, Walgreens, gas station etc.), so it won't go off in that location again unless there is a cop car radaring cars, checking for speeders. The distance on this radar is unbelievable, it has picked up cops from over miles away and has saved me from getting pulled over plenty of times. It gives you more than enough time to slow down. The blue display is also a plus, looks great. I highly recommend this radar, excellent product, best radar out there.

I took this gps on a trip to Colorado, and I didn't have a problem. Every time I saw a cop it beeped and it let me know ahead of time. Really good, but a little to pricey

I think a better job of tech specs could have been written about the various alarms that go off. The suctions cups are also somewaht weak and the device fell off a couple of times. Otherwise, it was a great tool!

I have a heavy foot, and I have to say, this radar does its job. I have traveled from texas to michigan twice (once December 2015 & other summer of 2016) and have been cleared from tickets since then(last speeding ticket was in 2014 in Illinois when traveling to michigan which i didnt own this product at that time). I would rather spend my money on this radar then on tickets. Money well spent.

Great product, no problems encountered. easy to use. best to setup with computer. Easiest if you have a laptop for sharing/updating information. Would have been nice if it worked with a USB cable or even an AC cable for transfering of data.

This is an exceptional device, i was not sure when purchasing how it would work for the money but like i have been told get what you pay for. This unit stops the annoying threat alarms after it has passed the same GPS location 3 times with not acquiring a true threat and works excellent on real threats of speed traps. if you take anything from this you will not be disappointed and think the cost of 1 ticket compared to the cost of this unit.

This product is very handy! Love the color and the sleek look and feel of it. I get all my notifications and alerts here and it is very easy to manage

Escort probably has better detector on the market at this point however this radar has saved me Multiple times and I have been using it since 2010. The only (2) tickets I have received were once with a laser (not a lot you can do about that) and when I did not have the radar detector turned on. I definitely recommend this product if you drive a little faster than you should!

can't say enough about this product. saved me from plenty of issues" the product practically paid for itself. very accurate and annoying but you can turn the sounds off if needed

best radar detector you can be 5 miles away from the police and it alerts you to them I was heading into town local police was coming towards me still in town was about 5 miles out I think and it starts going off and I think where are you here and sure enough I see him pull into school from way off I was impressed and was equally impressed when I went to NC

This is the best darn radar detector ever made... V1 can't touch this one, and I have had both. Kinda of pricey though, but you get what you pay for right.... :) And if you want a great radar dectector then this is the one to buy. I have already sold several to friends of mine, and a few people that had V1 dectectors. And they got shed of the V1 dectector. The only thing that I can find wrong with it is the suction cups keeps fallen off the windshild in the heat of the day. Escort needs to come up with a better windshield mount for this wonderful detector. I would defientilly recommend this one to everone. Thanks ESCORT..... :)

it works good enough to avoid tickets, but i think its way too expensive, i am planning on getting the valentine 1, because it has a longer range and it tells you where the cop is, some people say that the v1 gives off false alarms but that does not bother me, i just wanted it to go off with plenty of time and that is what the v1 does.

Learns false alarms and updates database, the more you drive the smarter it gets. Good long distance coverage, gets sharper as speed increases and relaxes at low speeds with still plenty of time to react. Good features but would be nice if they included the bluetooth power source with purchase.

Had this unit for about 3 months, used it in 2 different cars for all kinds of driving. One think I like is how it gets the all the lidar bands way before the police is even visible.Laser accuracy is optimal. At 170 mph it warns me on Lidar more then 2 miles away, I am also running escort laser shifter on one car which is great for laser. If you want a very good radar this is the one.

Great range! I was about 1 1/2 miles behind a Highway Patrol and it going off. I thought something was messed up, but found out where he was and avoided passing him. So no ticket!

I bought the Passport 9500IX to inform me of any radars, lasers, or speedcams. So far the product has worked flawlessly with good distance detection. I was able to retrieve all signals between 2 states and pick up speedcams and light cameras. The radar works great and I would highly suggest it for travel in an area suited with any kind of detection.

Great Product. Easy to use and update. Comes with nice case. Works great for Red Light Camerias and Speeding Camerias.

Great radar very long range kept me from getting stopped and that's what it's supposed to do so it does it's job so i'm very pleased!!!!!!!!!

This is the best radar detector on the market! I travel a lot and a great speeds. Also lets me know who's watching.
