||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the first radar detector ever made... the Fuzzbuster, totally useless; more of a suggestion the police are next to you. I upgraded from the 9100 series as the Max2 went on sale because the Max3 is out. The 9100 is great, the best radar detector I ever had and I transferred it to my wife's car. The Max2 is just as good as it gives ample warning and the mute button on the plug is one of my favorite features.

Works Great sleek design

A little warning... don't listen to your radio too loud, you might miss the radar detector going off. I got a ticket this way. I seen the cop, looked over at the detector and it was pegged with k band. Detector was working but I didn't hear it. Now I have it more in front of my view.
