I was recommended this product by one of the store employees, and as always I was not disappointed. The security camera system is amazing, to say the least. I will definitely be recommending the brand yo all of my friends, family, and colleagues.

I've only had it a little less than 30 days, but so far I love it... the Solar charging makes it worth the extra $... the 4K is a bonus... If you have a location with 4-6 hours of sun per day... you want this camera!

Awesome camera system. Solar charging works terrific. Wireless range for cameras to base is incredible to say the least. Super easy install and setup. Very customizable motion and spotlight settings.

Great picture quality and catches every person that walks by my property. I like the zone feature so i can exclude being notified about activity in view across the street.

I currently have 3 cameras and this is my first solar powered. So far the clarity is really good, the added spotlight was a added benefit. It is better than my other 2 eufy pro 2c cameras.

Have very mixed feelings about this camera system. The cameras were packaged very nicely and the setup was very easy, but the overall functionability of the camera system was poor, there is no live 24-Hour recording, The cameras pick up motion and the AI work s some of the time, The record time is very short sometimes missing what was truly important. I would not recommend this system to anybody looking to protect your property.

These cameras are amazing, I am still playing with to learn how to use them to get the most out of them, very glad I made the choice to purchase Eufy cameras, and Best Buy Geek Squad to install them.

The cameras work well and survived some direct hits of hail. Our disappointments, the cameras did not work as we had anticipated with google. In addition, after getting facial recognition setup, we cannot choose whether to receive alerts on who the camera recognizes.

The image is easy to see at night and works excellent

Cameras are very clear however the time stamp seems to be wrong most of the time!

I’m looking to install my first home security camera system. I need easy installation, effective activity detection/notification and long battery life. After trawling YouTube reviews a Eufy Cam 3 4K system seems to be the go. However when I look outside YouTube at reviews on retailers websites - there are a fair number of negative reviews - in particular people saying the new 4K system is slow to detect and start recording. In effect, the camera misses all or most of the activity. These reviews even come from people who had previously good experiences with older Eufy systems. Negative feedback outside YouTube is common for the HB3/S330 and Floodlight models.

These are some of the best cameras i have used. Videos are great.

There is considerable delay sometimes from when motion is detected to when it starts recording. If you watch the camera live it does not record. On 4 occasions a camera has complelety failed to record or notifiy me a person approchedy house from the side (i have a side camera with sensitivity turned up). This is concerning because each time it was someone doing work next to a bedroom window. If the sensitivity is too high it alerts me when the wind blows but still misses people. The app leaves alot to be desired - you can only view one stream at a time and they take several long seconds to load when switching. I dont think I could count on these caneras in a situation where my house is broken into or if i need them for a police report.

These are not good. I had Arlo cameras and didn’t have an issue other than someone telling me that the quality of the Eufy video was better. That’s true. The distance that they start recording is horrible. They don’t start recording until the movement is within about 12 feet of the cameras. I tried turning the sensitivity all the way up, using with and without the activity zones, checked software, reset the base, etc. These are horrible other than the quality when they finally start recording.

Cameras pick up everything depending how you set it up. Very will built . Very easy to set up. Picture quality excellent day or night.
