The system is relatively easy to install. The picture quality is superb. You can also hear what is being picked up by the cameras and even talk from the cameras (akin to a ring camera). Overall, the system is a way better deal than contracting a comp to install a camera surveillance system.

The quality on these cameras are AMAZING Literally love them so much I love the fact that it zooms in on peoples faces if they’re not in the system of course I love that it lets you program who’s familiar and who isn’t These cameras are worth every penny

Camera clarity and ease of setting up are the major features. The down side is setting up the time schedule. When asked for help they I needed to cal Eufy. This system controls the door bell but doesn't the flood cam.

These are much better than the Arlo system we had. No monthly fee and much better quality.

Great Homebase and cameras, user friendly and sophisticated design

I appreciate the AI feature and the high quality of the videos, which perform exceptionally well even at night. My only gripe is with the bracket that accompanies it, as it restricts the camera to facing forward only. Nevertheless, the wide-angle camera does assist in overcoming this limitation.

I didn’t like the cameras so much. They have a great image but they aren’t worth the investment. The solar panel on the cameras weren’t charging for me. The detection distance wasn’t reaching the road at the front of my house. The home base is worth buy but separately. Check out their new pan and tilt camera. Worth buy it.

We have a good experience with this security system. I like the options of the camera notifications and the solar panel is in the camera itself. If needed, you may charge them indoors too. Good options! No more batteries to buy! No problem in setting up. Just follow the instructions as to the suggested possible locations.

Works great. Has better image quality than the previous version. Only downfall is that this unit requires Homebase 3 and Best buy does not sell this is a separate unit. Also, the new Homebase 3 ( purchased from Amazon) has a 16 gb hard drive and this new camera fills that drive quickly. You either have to delete footage frequently or purchase a separate hard drive for it.

The camera quality is really fantastic. The recorded video quality is also excellent. Its awesome how to schedule when to activate and what to look for (IE. Human, Cars and/or pets). Alerts to phone notification is pretty good. Tagging people with name is an awesome feature, will be able to figure out who is coming before they get to the door.

Easiest wireless security cam to set up. The images/video are excellent day or night, which are easily modified in settings. I have used Arlo for over 5 years at a lake home - 20 cameras in total - these are all being replaced because Eufy is just a better overall camera and their customer service is quite honestly, refreshing and super responsive and knowledgeable. If you're truly concerned about quality and the best images, Anker has outdone the competition.

Easy setup with WiFi mesh instead of a router. Excellent camera quality both in dark and daylight. I’m not sure the purpose of the AI face recognition pool. It doesn recognize me even when I’m close to the camera.

These EUFY cameras are well built and the 4k models produce a great image. I personally don't like the App. I dont have enogh room in this little box to liast what I dont like. But the poorly designed App is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars.

Clear except when you zoom out the farther you zoom out the blurrier it gets can’t really tell licensee plate from far away or get a clear photo of someone’s face I could have just stuck with the 2 k for the price difference I guess only better thing is they are solar powered

The picture is very clear. Movement in the cameras view does not record all the time. When it does record, it’s only for a short period of time even while it’s set at the maximum length.
