I've had the eufy cam pro's with Homebase2 now I upgraded to eufy cam 3' with homebase3 and 4k. They still suck customer service is terrible the camera's miss at least 40% of any type of traffic that passes them or it starts to record as the object is leaving the area. Pure waste of money.

Steps:Devices>motion detection>activity zone. - Please increase the sensitivity. Steps: Devices>motion detection>sensitivity level(type) - Please know that the camera should be installed 7-10 feet above the ground and the depression angle should not be greater than 25°.

The sound is not really good and the mount is not very stable

Months of waitinf for support of other devices

I have a lot of other eufy devices. The homebase 3 was supposed to support them back in november but the dates kept getting pushed back further and further. I finally pushed their support team to give me a refund as it doesnt support any of my other devices after 6 months of waiting and 4 different delays.

I live in a corner house and the motion detector for dog, vehicle, and humans was on point really loved it , but the solar panel wasn’t enough to keep the battery charged, I’d say these are more for none corner houses, note: even putting battery saving mode on them didn’t help
