The only issue I have is that it is loud! It's not too bad while it's vacuuming but when it goes back to the base, it's super loud while emptying the dust bin.

Mapping works great, gets the floors sparkling clean & disinfects too. I have it set to sweep & mop almost the entire 1st floor 3 times a week while we sleep. Our floors have never been cleaner! This is our 1st RoboMop and we have linoleum & tile on 1st floor. It's pricey and worth every cent!

Then return to exact location and continue cleaning floor where it left off. When complete return to base dry mop and recharge. Completely satisfied!

We did a lot of research after our old iRobot died and decided this was the robot for us. It’s very efficient compared to our last vacuum. It vacuums & mops our entire downstairs in under 2hrs. Couldn’t be happier.

Great Mopping - Poor Vacuuming.

We love the self-cleaning and drying capabilities for both the wet (mopping) and dry (vacuum cleaning) activity/mode. The smartphone app is also well-designed and easy to use. We bought it during the Thanksgiving sale, and there have been no issues so far (two months). With the BestBuy Total Membership protection for 24 months, we feel sufficiently covered in case this high-tech gizmo goes bust!
