    I bought the Eufy RoboVac 35C in Dec 2019. I live in a very small one bedroom apartment with hard wood floors and very tiny kitchen. I used the RoboVac about once a week for a year and half and the battery completely died. I talked to Eufy Costumer Service and they said that the battery will have to be replaced eventually and depending of usage the battery will have to be replaced sooner than later. The problem in my opinion is that a battery having to be replaced after only a year and half of use in a very small one bedroom apartment I imagine that if I had an apartment only twice as big as my apartment the battery would probably lasted about only 9 months. I do not recommend this product for this reason. It's ridiculous that the battery last so little. If I knew I would need to spend $30 dollars every year and a half on a new battery I would not have bought it. Another issue I had from day one is that the RoboVac never connected to the Wifi. After we ks trying it I just gave up and used the remote control instead of the phone app.

      Regarding the battery issue, the battery generally have a lifespan of 300-500 cycles.Normally the durability related to the cleaning frequency and usage habit. We suggest the customer replace the battery when it is worn out.

      Regarding the WiFi issue, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
      1. Please Restart your phone and router.
      2. Find out the EufyHome app in your phone's system settings and make sure the precision location permission is allowed.
      Android:settings-apps-permissions, choose eufyhome in the new window - click ""view all permissions""-choose ""access precise location""
      iOS:Settings=>Privacy=>Location=>Allow precision location for EufyHome APP

      3. Please make sure your phone is connecting to the 2.4Ghz network firstly, then turn off your phone's cellular to ensure both the RoboVac and phone are connected to the same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. (Turn on the airplane mode and enable the WiFi connection if possible).
      4. Hold down on the start power button on RoboVac for 10s until you hear a beep. During this time, the wifi indicator will flash slowly.
      5. Open the Eufy APP to connect it again
