Good video quality, lacks motion consistency

Only picks up motion activity 90% of the time, which isn't good enough for me. They also stopped working randomly for almost 2 days. I tried resetting everything, with no avail.

Please check if both homebase and camera is online. In regards to the issue of missing events, please try the steps below and provide the following information:
1. Set the “Motion defection”to be “All motions” and adjust the “Detection sensitivity” to the highest.
2. A picture to show your activity zone if it is set up. Steps:side menu>my devices>motion detection>activity zone.
3. A picture to show the position where you want to trigger the camera.
4. The exact time point when the camera missed to capture the movement. Such as September-10 14:00.
5. Please download any video from the app and send it to us.
6. Your Eufy account in the format of email address.

Sometimes the live feed doesn't connect on the first try and you have to reconnect a second time. Picture quality is decent and notifications aren't 100 percent reliable. Maybe buy this in a basic two camera package and test it out first.
