Before we assist you further, please confirm if your homebase can not be added to the security app. If yes, please confirm how the LED indicator of homebase shows. If it is red, please try the following steps:
1.Make sure if you connected the Homebase with the original network cable and power adapter.
2.Make sure if the network port is flashing light? If yes, please restart the router.
3.Try to change another network cable to connect a different port on your router.
If the light of the Homebase is still red, please confirm the following information:
1.Please make sure if you have enabled DHCP on your router.
2.Please try to turn off the firewall setting on your router (With regards to the requirements of the network for our home base, we use TCP port 80 and 443 and UDP 0~65535 port. If possible you can contact your network IT staff to check the port of the router for you?
If the indicator of the homebase is blue, please help to provide the SN# of your homebase, such as T8010****.
