2k is the way to go now and this security camera offer excellent 2k video. plus, it is wired, so no need to worry about replacing or charging batteries. comes with 32GB card and has its own built in local storage.

-For the price it’s okay! The quality is nice without being zoomed, but it cannot pick up movement far away even when in the frame and set to it in the settings. -I wish they came with a longer screw as well. It’s not long enough to go through the siding of the house, and it's a special kind with the small flat head.

I actually had one and bought another one i have a couple wyze cams and i had bink cams both charge you even if your saving it to your own memory cards. So now im a Euphy man. I have a floodlight door bell and 2 of these cams

Download the EUFY security app , scan the QR code on back of the camera and you are good to go. Its that simple. It works same way as other cameras on the market. This will help the camera connect to your WIFI and will add the camera on the eufy security app for you to be able to view the camera footage. Usage -------- Note that this is a wired camera but it comes with all the needed things for hooking this up to a wall. The wire is also weather proof. The camera itself is IP67 rated which can handle dust and heavy rain. There is a 20 Ft cable provided which should be good enough to be connected to an outlet or an electrical source. The best part of the camera is the clarity. The 2K resolution is so much better than my current camera. My current camera does not have color night vision and this one does and it has so much better clarity. The camera is completely FREE for storage since it is capable of storing video recordings locally. The Spotlight turns on automatically in case of motion which is great for lighting up the objects during night. The AI for person detection works great and you wont be bothered by notifications on leaves falling or vehicle passing. There is a siren as well which can be remotely activated which is a little feeble but it does indicate that the person is being watched. Support ----------- There is no one who offers better support than Eufy/Anker. They make quality products and stand by them.

Camera quality is good, but the app is buggy and hard to use. Another problem is lot of false motion detection- human spotted. It keeps prompting then need to restart the camera and it’ll fix the issue.

Really like this camera. I got it to keep track of my chihuahua. She is very quiet and I don’t want to forget her when she’s outside especially with winter coming. She is still too small for the camera to detect her and the light will not detect her. But I am happy with the camera.

So far satisfied with this purchase. Price was right. Mounted outside and interested in how it handles winter. Sensitivity is good, but sometimes identifies a bird squawking as human. Light isn’t super bright but works.
