The SD card inside did not work. It no longer records videos. Reached the support. They were not helpful at all. They asked me to buy a new one because they made a bad product to start with.

I did a lot of reviews before purchasing and so glad I went with eufy. No monthly payment for online storage, device has local storage which works perfectly. Video, both day and night, and sound is way better than the Ring. Will definitely be purchasing more from this company!
