Recently one light failed and the other light would flash continuously. Per the eufy support team " we are afraid that the camera is defective and needs to be replaced". With a warranty of 12 months I would have to bear the cost of replacement. Consideration of a potential failure of this product i]\within 3 years should be given as part of a decision to purchase this product.

Not so at night. After one replacement The floodlights still blink rapidly without prompt, which has caused me to permanently disable them after my wife complained. Thus activity is not captured at night. Customer service is better than most but the fundamental flaw here is the floodlight function which is obviously not up to standard.

Could be better
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If this worked right it would be a nice product. It’s glitchy. The night vision doesn’t work at all. When I try and look at the live view at night it just looks like fog. Cant see anything. If I turn the light on I can see normal. Some of the other settings work once in a while other times it doesn’t for no reason. I would take it back but I don’t wanna get up on a ladder to take a down.

Was great while it worked.

I've been dealing with the company and their "hassle free warranty" for 3+ weeks now. It seems they dont want to replace it, just have you try this, try that. It's hard to troubleshoot something that will not power on but the team in India can't comprehend that.
