The first doorbell cam I purchased stopped working the next day (likely due to faulty hardware) so I swung by BB the same day to exchange it for another unit, which I've been using ever since. Good product and certainly beats paying a recurring monthly fee like its competitors charge.

Actually super disappointed, I've never had a security cam before to compare but this definitely lacks in the recording department. My main complaint is it usually starts recording a few seconds into an event, this means in some cases I just see the delivery person (/theif) walking away instead of the entire ordeal. Next, the motion detection needs help, I know this is a complicated task but it seems like motion detection often fails when we actually needed it and an unexpected thing happened.

Great product and with Black Friday price an even better value! Battery life isn’t quite six months, but I also have mine on max sensitivity since it missed a couple people when using the available zones. Works better than ring, and compatible with smart screens like nest hub

Excellent door bell cam. The audio/video is crystal clear and the app is extremely user friendly. I added 2 eufycam pro 2k cams to the home base and everything has been flawless and extremely easy to set up and use. Huge bonus for no subscriptions. Great product.

Eufy total wireless security system is painless and easy to setup. The image quality is superb as well as the build quality. The support app is intuitive! So far, after a month of usage, the battery has just degraded about 9% and that's with constant visitors triggering alerts.

I used nest and this door bell, and I like this one. One biggest reason is u donot have to subscribe a server very month and it support nsa. And working for almost 2 year without any issue.

Great product and support. This is a wired model that works flawlessly. Loved the fact that is actually worked with my existing chime but disabled that and used the chime that comes pre-installed in the station which is customizable. Definitely recommendable.

Works great and no monthly fee. I was able to run the base using both LAN and WiFi without issues. LAN seemed to work a little better. Surprisingly this was cheaper than the wired version and I was able to wire this one (battery version) also.

The smart Doorbell has been really underrated by publications. The video quality is fantastic and the aspect ratio is perfect for a front doorbell. Not to mention how well it integrates with other things and it’s ecosystem and other smart home ecosystems.

We have very limited internet where I live and this does the trick. It has used very little of my data but gives me the security I wanted. Setup was easy but do recommend when syncing to phone that you have the phone right next to the doorbell.

I like the fact that you don't have to pay for storage. The cam is solid with a good connection. I get alerts right away so no lag but my 2 cents, if you pair it with a mesh system you will have great coverage everywhere with no lag.

Better than Ring and no subscription required, if you have existing doorbell you can wire the doorbell for continuous power (by pass battery). Image is clear and response time is seconds even when monitoring remotely.

Would give it a 5 if I could adjust the fish eye lens some how, a little distorted for close in pictures. And wish the wedge could do more of an angle or was adjustable. Very easy setup, works pretty good though. Love no subscription.

This is a great video doorbell if you want ease of installation and do not have existing wires. I also own the wired doorbell, which was my first eufy product. I was so impressed I stayed with eufy for the rest of my security system. Things I prefer with the wired version: 1. Distortion correction (correct the fisheye effect). As far as I have seen the wireless version does not have this. 2. Detection speed. To help save battery the wireless version takes a little time to turn on and record. For my setup I had to turn the settings all the way up on the wireless doorbell to get the desired notification speed. This greatly reduces the battery, but for me it's worth it. If these 2 things were fixed I would give it 5 stars. So like I said in th beginning of this is your only option it's a really good one. If you have wires available I would get the wired version.

A bit hard to wire in but that may be more about my old doorbell than this one. It records everything without having a monthly subscription. Looks great at night. Has only picked up something random for an alert twice in the time I’ve had it.

We love the Eufy Doorbell Camera. It’s great and stores footage for free. No extra charges. After reading all reviews and watching comparisons of DB Cameras we choose the Eufy because it offers the most features without monitoring or storage fee.

Very good quality video (better than ring) and it doesn’t require any subscription to access any features unlike (unlike ring)! Clear instructions and easy to set up. Just wish the live view of the doorbell wasn’t delayed

Excellent, easy set up and the finish is really slick. I love the privacy of having storage off the cloud, which adds to the peace of mind. Video quality is superb and the motion detection is really good. Super happy!

Great video doorbell, the best we have tried so far. We bought this based on the positive reviews and they are spot on. Clear video good sound, night vision is okay but not always usable, still very happy with our purchase.

Good product but bulkier than the wired model. Had to return and got a wired model. Works even when internet is disconnected but local LAN functional. Thats good to have feature if there are internet outages.
