Perfect first step into home video Surveillance. You can add more cameras o to the Hub when and if needed. And the doorbell is battery operated as well as hard wired in. Door bell camera is clean and catches people at a good distance.

Everything from installing the app on the phone, to connecting the base to the wifi, to connecting the doorbell to the base, to installing the doorbell was very easy. And every feature delivers as promised. Very happy with this purchase!

Easy setup, works very well. The app is easy to use and will let you access the videos from the doorbell very quickly. Also handy to save them to the doorbell ringer device.

Great camera system. Super easy to set up and use. WAY better than all of the competition, such as the Arlos and the Rings (both of which I've used before). Setup ease is super long battery life are among the best features.

We ran into some issues with the comparability with Ring. The wireless Eufy solution was excellent and very easy to install. The camera quality is incredible and we are very happy with this purchase.

Great product. Setup was easy. The trick, I think, is to set it up completely before going outdoor to mount it. Also loving not having a monthly subscription. Will be building out the ecosystem with more cams soon.

Best value for the money, and don't get me wrong. It Is a good value and a very good product..you get more than what you pay. Your information stay in home ..not in the cloud, not monthly subscription.5/5

If I could give 4.5 stars I would, because the only complaint I have about this is battery life. It lasts maybe 6 weeks on average, which I guess is a long time, but if it lasted longer I might activate some of the features that I know would drain it even faster. But other than that, it works well, communicates well with other Eufy devices (we have their smart lock and solar powered camera as well, and the app is above average for this kind of product. Also very easy to install if you’re handy around the house.

This is definitely the best product on the market for a ring doorbell I actually upgraded from 1080p to 2K. Pictures clear and it works exactly the way I want it I'm so happy with my purchase.

Easy setup - People you CAN use Wifi to connect the HOMEBASE to your router! Just connect by wire first set it up in the app then click settings and you can connect via wifi and ditch the wire...

We purchased our home with the Skybell doorbell. The alert notification was always slow. Replaced with this doorbell and the video quality is better and we now receive the doorbell alert promptly.

This is cool. I can see, AND talk to someone at my front door when I am miles away. Being able to turn the camera on and off when I am working around it is another good feature. works great

This is my first smart doorbell. It is easy to set up and extremely useful and customizable. I'm waiting for it to go on sale again so I can have one for my back door as well!

Where to begin… The Eufy Video Doorbell is a home run. The package comes with everything you’ll need to setup and install the doorbell. Included in the box are screws, anchors, ethernet cable, jumpers and extension wires that allow you to hardwire the doorbell (you are given the option of going with battery operation if you don’t want to go that route). Basically, Eufy provides everything but the screwdriver to install the device. Setup was a breeze! Plug in the HomeBase2, and thing will TALK you though the setup. It will instruct you to download the app (which is fantastic!), and before you know it, your HomeBase is up and running and connected to the internet via the included ethernet cable. Honestly, it took all of five minutes to set up (not including the firmware update). Even that grandparent who can barely operate a flip phone will be able to set this thing up. The real star here is the app, which allows you to configure your doorbell just how you want it. You can set up your device to only recognize humans, so it will ignore animals or cars that drive past your house (but you can set it to recognize YOUR pet). It also has facial detection so you can identify any individuals you select in advance (I set mine to recognize the brother-in-law who’s always coming over to borrow money). The doorbell also has a crying detection!! If the camera detects a crying individual, it will let you know. Crazy, right? You can configure the app to allow your camera to stream to your mobil device, or directly to your Amazon or Google smart devices. Albeit, you won’t get the 2K video on your smart device, but the image quality is still good. You can save your doorbell videos to your phone, or cloud storage i.e. iCloud or Samsung. Cloud storage is also available for purchase through Eufy. Got questions about fine tuning your app? The Help section of the Eufy app is actually helpful! It provides detailed, illustrated instructions to help answer your questions. One of the best help sections I’ve ever seen on an app. Eufy did it the right way. A quality device, with a complete installation package, a very customizable app… I could go on. Given the growing necessity for video doorbells, I highly, highly recommend this one. Pros: Everything! Great Video Door bell. I have had no issues so far ! Worth the spend to me. I’m very pleased and impressed. I had returned my ring door bell and I got the eufy video doorbell brand.

Very easy to install, setup and use. After a few months, I started getting a pinkish video from the doorbell camera. Eufy customer service sent a replacement right away.

love not having a subscription to view the alerts. it fails from time to time but its an acceptable with not paying a subscription. i really enjoyed it that i gave one to my dad.

The device was easy to Install and set up. It works as expected, but the instructions are lacking in depth of information on how to use all its features (thus, I docked one star).

Purchased to replace the Ring doorbell that has been in use for about 2 yrs now. The Eufy has a better resolution, included an angled mounting bracket which we would have needed anyway and it seems to have a quicker response to door activity, The home station with local storage was the top reason to buy the Eufy, no fees and it is able to be expanded on with outdoor cameras. It was as easy to install as a regular doorbell, software on the phone was also intuitive. We still kept the ring just moved it to the back door without subscription

Nice video doorbell. Doesn’t require any subscription, which is a big plus. However, sometimes it fails detecting actions on time. Not sure if this is hardware or software issue.
