Product works fine, good quality pictures and notifies me quickly when someone comes within range of the doorbell

Works fine. had to set the bounds of the area just to my porch to restrict the street traffic from setting it off.

I like everything about this Eufy Smart Door Bell and would have given it 5 Stars IF it can be more integrated with Google Hub. I was hoping that it would announce and show the live camera stream when someone presses the button, but it doesn't. I contact Eufy and they said it's not yet available and they don't know if it will be available anytime soon. You can still integrate it and view live streams from your Google Home, but not the announcement like Google Hello does.

Provides a great clear picture of my door and I get timely notifications with little lag.

I love this doorbell for catching moments that i wish i could have seen in person. This camera records a clip of up to two minutes when motion is detected, but can severely drain the battery the longer it records. The distance to recognize motion can reach i think about 18ft somewhere around there, but the reach is good and my complex didnt have doorbells so this was great to add the the chime it comes with so we can always be alert of whats going on.

Based on experience of a week or more I must say I am pleased. The two gentleman, whom I will call Paul and Tom set up the system with ease. They were able to answer questions, and gave me confidence that I (who is not particularly interested in technology) would be able to manage the system. Although I lacked change that particular day, I inquired if I could drop something extra for their work Of course, I was told that the rating itself is satisfactory, whenever I received it.

Great doorbell. Clear video, good notification, Horrible battery life. Takes an entire day to charge. Today is been on the charger since 530am at 12pm it is only at 32%. Recommendation if you can deal with having to charge it every 2or3 weeks for a day yes I would recommended. Video and speaker quality are great.

The video quality seem higher than my Eufy cam 2, ring sounds seem very responsive.

Looks great. Like the ability to set up without an existing doorbell or electrical hook up is a huge plus. The issue I had is that I could not get the unit to pick up approaching people coming to door - tried various settings - was just inconsistent. In reading all other reviews for others - not sure anyone is happy with the ability to pick up people with great ease.

Disappointed with this purchase. First let me say once it is installed it performs the intended function. Installation was unnecessarily difficult. In trying to figure the instructions out I was struggling for an adjective to describe them “cutesy “ come to mind. The directions are limited. The app has instructions unrelated to the device and it’s packaging. One example is using the QR code to activate the doorbell unit. It is supposed to have code on the device packaging. It is not there. Supposed to be on the back of the doorbell. It is but it is lightly printed black on black. It took a half hour of experimenting with different light sources (a very bright, pure white LED worked.) the sync button must be pressed to pair the bell to the base. The clarity of the directions and the quality made a simple thing more difficult than it should be. The structural installation was more difficult than needed. A wedge is provided for horizontal adjustments. Our installation required vertical adjustment or it would have shown the porch ceiling. Plastic construction shims solved that problem, glad I had them on hand or it would have been an additional inconvenience. The next issue is that the sync button on the back of the doorbell is located right next to the electrical connector and the first three times we installed the unit a wire touched the button and erased the unit connection to the base. May be a design improvement opportunity to separate them. Or point that out in the installation instructions. This was significantly more difficult than it needs to be. This is the first time I have had any issues installing anything. The device works fine once it is installed, video good, audio good, app is a little convoluted but that will work out over time. Perhaps it is intended for professional installation but I did not see that prior to purchase.

I purchased this with the add on camera. Very simple installation. Connected first time to my wifi without issues.
