Even with motion sensitivity all the way up, a delivery made it to my front door without a ping on my phone. Every other time (100x times) it seems to have worked The app also often throws up a disconnection error, though this doesn't seem to affect much as I can still see cameras fine and alerts come through

Only picks motion when it feels like

Even though I have set detection to all motion, it randomly picks the motions. I don’t know whether it has a sleep mode built in, after 9pm till next day morning it picks nothing, unless I turn on the live video through the app ( I have to wake up the doorbell). In this two months it never detected me leaving the house in the early morning hours. Tried all settings and now I’m planning on returning it to bestbuy and according to the customer care agent they should replace it with a new one. Hopefully this issue is with this particular item that I bought and not all eufy doorbell.

1. Adjust the sensitivity to “High”.
2. Delete the “Activity Zone” if you have set it.

1. A picture to show the position where you want to trigger the doorbell.
2. The exact time point when the doorbell missed to capture the movement. Such as September-18 14:00.

I had a delivery drop-off and the camera did not capture the men until they were leaving my porch
