Nice product

Defective out of the box

I was unable connect the unit to app.i contacted Eufy support and they offered to replace the unit. i was disappointed to get the bad unit out of the box and didn’t want to wait for replacement unit and lose option for returning to best buy so i decided to decline the replacement. i may try again at a later time and i am also looking to try the floodlight cam by Eufy.

Best Doorbell W/O Subscription
