Tried to contact support 3x before they got back to me with a generic answer. Will return and get something else.

To help us locate the root cause, could you please confirm the following information?
1. Did you hear the ding sound after pressing the SYNC button on the back of the doorbell?
2. Did you hear the wave sound from the homebase?
If possible, please try the following steps to see if it helps:
1. Reset the doorbell by pressing the SYNC button at the back of the doorbell for 10 seconds;
2. Reboot the Homebase;
3. Place the doorbell and Homebase about 1 meter (not too close to each other);
4. Press the CYCLE hole at the above of the SYNC button to reset the homebase.

Choose something other than this BS brand. I purchased doorbell and additional camera it all sucks. Not real time, doesn’t detect motion although I set up activity zones and is always going dead. Zero stars if I could. I wish there was a way to show when I put it on the charger yesterday and today it’s still on the charger at 39%. I’ve only had them since September 2020.

In regards to the detection issue, please set the “Motion defection”to be “All motions” and adjust the “Detection sensitivity” to the highest to see if it helps.
As for the battery issue, the specific battery duration is influenced by various factors such as the number of times motion is detected, the number of recordings, recording time duration, and environmental temperatures.

1. A picture to show the position where you want to trigger the doorbell.
2. The exact time point when the doorbell missed to capture the movement. Such as March-17 at 12:00.
3. Please download any video from the app and send it to us.
4. A picture to show how many times the doorbell is triggered. You can check in the app via Step: camera settings>Power manager.
