      If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
      -Please choose the ""most efficiency"" mode of notification. Step: Devices- Notification- Content Extension of notification when motion detects
      -Be sure your phone is not in power saving mode.
      -What happens when your phone is connecting to different wifi?
      -Try to log in the eufy security app on a different phone to see if the same issue happens.
