--For battery-powered cameras, please change to customized recording camera working mode with 5s retriggering intervals: Camera Settings>Power Manager;
--Delete and Setup the Activity zone in a different way to see if there is any difference;

With motion detection set on “Human Only” and sensitivity on “High”, no videos or alerts half the times when somebody is at the door.Battery life one month maximum. Customer support available Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm, so you’re supposed to take off from work if you want any help. Definitely will return and avoid any video security products from Eufy.
