We love this!

After using that for a few months we could see the benefit of having a camera at your door. We were excited to receive this and installed it immediately. It's super simple to install as it's totally wireless and is rechargeable. It comes with a mounting bracket too that makes it easy. Once installed you then install the recieved which is simple. Download the app and set up your doorbell. You can Invite other users to be able to control the doorbell, see notification and adjust the settings. It's very responsive and you can adjust the sensitivity to what suits you regarding getting notifications. Picture quality is great, it's easy to see text on Vans passing by and people walking by. I love this doorbell and recommend this to everyone who's considering one of these. We will never be without one now.

It's easy to install and the video quality is excellent for a security doorbell. You can see the front of your home and any activity between your front door and the street. View the live feed any time with your mobile device so you always know what's happening on your porch. No more wondering who is at the door. Thanks to the eufy video doorbell I have peace of mind of what's happening around my home. It's really impressive that the battery last 4 months on a single charge. I also like that the data is stored locally. Helps ensure your data is not available for compromise. The data is also encrypted. Overall this is a great video doorbell. It offers all the latest features in detection, face recognition and alerts in an easy to use solution. I highly recommend the eufy - Security Video Doorbell Slim 1080P Battery.

I Rather Pay Monthly Then Do This Again

I’ve Never Had Such A Hard Time Connecting Anything To My Internet& Once I Got It, It Would NEVER Stay Connected. I Returned It & Got The Ring. Set That Up In 3 Seconds.

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
1. Press and hold the SYNC button located on top of the HomeBase for a couple of times until you hear "HomeBase is read yfor setup";
2. If the LED light on the Homebase is red, please reboot the router, reset the HomeBase and adding the Homebase again;
3. Make sure your smartphone and HomeBase are connected to the same wireless router, and the Wi-Fi is not isolated from the LAN.
4. Your phone should not be connected to the Guest Wi-Fi network. The LAN port is not dedcated for a set>top->box.
5. The HomeBase might take up to one minute to boot up. Please wait until the LED on your HomeBase turns from red to white or blue.

Good option if you want battery powered 1080p

This is a no frills model that uses a battery, so the installation is pretty quick and simple. The battery is rechargeable and lasts up to 180 days. The app used for this doorbell on your phone is pretty wells et up and there is no subscription fee for this one. Overall, I would recommend this video doorbell for somebody who wants a simple, easy to set up and use basic model.

I had the RING doorbell system before, but switched to the Anker beacuse of the built in memory storage. No more monthly fees! I love it. App is great, easy setup, and the wifi adapter range is great. I will be buying more of these for my large home/yard.

A very clear picture and audio. Being able to set the motion detection area was a nice feature. We are very satisfied with the doorbell camera.

The peace of mind this Video Doorbell from Eufy gives me is priceless. As long as your home base is connected to WiFi, you have access to see anything going on in front of your house remotely. I live in NY, and spend winters in Florida. With this doorbell, I can monitor the goings on at home, and speak to whomever is at my front door. And to see just how much snow I’m NOT missing… This doorbell records any motion (human, animal or both), and the app alerts you whenever there is motion. You can even set up the app to identify certain faces, or even is someone is crying (in distress). A mailman rang my doorbell because he was wary about the rash of porch piracy in my area, and didn’t want to leave my package if no one was home, I was able to speak with him remotely, and told he he could leave the package because I was just a few blocks away and would retrieve it shortly. Saved me a trip to the post office. Got a crazy ex stalking you? This door bell provides proof they were at your door. It starts recording whether the doorbell button is pushed or not. There have been products that are fantastic, but are hampered because of a substandard app. The app that accompanies this doorbell is fantastic. It does what you need it to do. I don’t have any knowledge of comparable video doorbells out there, but i can’t imagine them being better than this one. I also have the 2k version of this doorbell. The 1080 version isn’t as sharp, but the video is still very high quality. Highly, highly recommended.

Great app, great device!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It works great, but I’ve also never owned anything else. I ended up getting this and the door lock. I would give it a solid 4 stars. My only complaint would be that it takes several seconds,( sometimes over 30) before it will connect to the camera. That’s when someone has actually rang it. It’s possible my phone could be the reason for that though. If it turns out my phone was the issue, I would gladly rate this 5 stars.

Worst investment
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Low quality camera, doesn’t pick up audio well or at all sometimes, doesn’t capture events, incapable of differentiating between cars and people. Not worth it at all! Go get a RING camera! Thank me later. Oh yeah.. you’ll have a very difficult time trying to get it all set up. Good luck.

Would you please try the following to see if it helps:
- Set up an activity zone to limit the area that you want the movement to be picked up. Go to the doorbell settings in the Eufy Security APP- Motion Detection- Activity Zone.
- Please also set it to human only and the sensitivity level to the lowest in the Motion Detection to reduce the motion detection.
-Please make sure that the Microphone and Audio Recording are enabled:Camera settings>Audio Settings
-Please make sure that the app get Audio authority from the phone:Slide right to the left menu>Settings>App Permissions.
-Please make sure the call button on the app is turned on and no phone call is currently in progress.
-Please make sure the wifi signal is good. And you can try to move the doorbell nearer to the Homebase/wifi chime or move the Homebase/wifi chime nearer to the doorbell to see whether it helps.
-Please make sure that your phone is not connected to a Bluetooth device.
-Please adjust the doorbell audio volume to the maximum to see whether it helps.
-Please confirm whether you can hear the doorbell rings when someone pushes the button.
-Please restart the doorbell from the eufy app: Devices>restart
-Press the SYNC button on the back of the doorbell for 10 seconds(please download important videos first) and re-add it to the app to see whether it helps.

-Please make sure the power supply is good. If it is not, if possible, please try to use another power supply to see whether the problem still persists. Or please try to charge the doorbell by connecting it to the USB port on the back of HomeBase.
-Please use another cable to charge the doorbell.
-Please change a socket to see whether it helps.
-Reset the doorbell by pressing the SYNC button at the back of the doorbell for 10 seconds(please download important videos first) and charge the doorbell for 2 hours to see whether it helps.

Regret buying this.

I suspect after a few times of removing the unit to reacharge it, the attachment will break. Connect to the eufy device remotely to watch video is highly unreliable.

Best buy worse return policy
