Easy setup good video picture.,.....................

This a great product. The coverage area is amazing. It alerts pretty quickly when someone is walking up to my front door. My other system was delayed.

I really like the video doorbell and it has lived upto my expectations. I also like that you can customize it to record either when someone rings the bell or when it senses motion

Works like a charm. This was my third purchase trying to find the right video Doorbell. Like they say third time the charm. It's not a perfect video Doorbell but it does everything quite well. The other similar purchases only seem to me, to have at a minimum 1 or more glaring problems that obviously didn't work for me.

Easy to install, but might have something buggy with the Android app, it's not ringing. Still waiting on support to see what's wrong. other than that good build and easy to install.

Bought for the reason that it was in the section of apple home kit accessories. The doorbell is probably great since we use their security cameras and they work perfectly.

Reasonable priced doorbell. Instructions not detailed and found missed some steps. Called support and got the assistance and then was easy.

Like it way more then the ring products. Nice not having a monthly fee to be able to store video recordings. With Eufy you can keep all your video stored local. Replaced the supplied 16gb sdcard with a 64gb to keep video files longer.

Love this doorbell it has been the best one. I have tried a lot of different ones, and this has been the best one yet.

I love eufy security cameras because they don’t require you to pay a monthly fee to store your recordings like Ring, Arlo, and other brands do. If you don’t own any eufy products but need a video doorbell, I highly recommend this model, since it comes with a chime which also serves as a base station with built-in storage. The capacity is enough to store at least a few month’s worth of videos, depending on how often the doorbell detects motion. The battery on the doorbell also lasts at least a few months. It’s very easy to remove when it needs to be charged. Another advantage of this doorbell is that it can be connected to the eufy HomeBase 3, which is eufy’s newest base station that you can also connect all of your other eufy cameras to. I own several eufy cameras, so once I upgraded to the HomeBase 3, I switched the doorbell to use it instead of the chime that came with it. This way I can store all of my videos in one central location. Although I lost the feature of the chime that lets it ring like a normal doorbell, I connected the doorbell to Alexa. So now my Alexa speakers throughout my house alert me when somebody rings the doorbell. Regardless of whether this is your only eufy device or you have several eufy cameras in your home like I do, this doorbell is a great product that works very well and has excellent video quality. I highly recommend it. If you already have a HomeBase 3, you can buy this video doorbell without the chime to save some money.

Keep your money . I connect video doorbell with wire. Now its said video not working because the battery low. I connected to wires so i dont have use the battery. Dont understand this product.

Very useful. I love how you can have it record even if the doorbell isn't pressed and you can archive the videos because I've had some questionable deliveries and now I can see for myself what happened.

Great video doorbell with no price gimmicks for using it. Use the SD card and no fees. Works as well as any Ring camera for a fraction of the cost. I have 3 other of there cameras as well hooked up and love this system.

We installed this to replace a different brand doorbell camera. This is far superior. Works every time. Picture clarity is far superior.

It’s decent, only got it because of the sale. Downside is it’s latency, would cut out some interactions
