Nice not having a monthly fee to be able to store video recordings. With Eufy you can keep all your video stored local. Replaced the supplied 16gb sdcard with a 64gb to keep video files longer.

I love how you can have it record even if the doorbell isn't pressed and you can archive the videos because I've had some questionable deliveries and now I can see for myself what happened.

Not sure why they use an insert and turn plug? First make sure you set up chime first. Took me a while to figure that out as did not find anything telling you that. Had hard time getting Bluetooth part of install to work. After several attempts got it to work. Finally got install. I will update after some use.

Use the SD card and no fees. Works as well as any Ring camera for a fraction of the cost. I have 3 other of there cameras as well hooked up and love this system.

The chime was the problem. I convinced customer service to replace the chime and after I got it and tried to set it up their app stated that the chime was no longer supported. Crappy company and crappy product.

The company makes statements that using the angle wedge that they provide to help with capturing and recording all motion but it doesn’t work, especially if you approach the camera staight on. This product is complete garbage and I am sorry that I tried to troubleshoot the issues because it is now too late to return it.
