Eufy Wireless Video Doorbell - Poor Battery Life

The video is very clear and there were a few false alarms after some simple adjustments. The biggest flaw, however, was the battery life. It was completely discharged approximately 3 weeks after a full charge. This occurred twice already, despite Eufy's claims that the battery life is up to 6 months (based on normal usage). For this reason, I returned the Eufy doorbell back to Best Buy.

It shows everything that passes my door and the street. Clear video and sound is great. I am so glad that t purchased this device.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just bought a Eufy S210 Battery Video Doorbell with 2K HD, Model # TB212111, UPC 194644052805, from Best Buy. I tried to follow the installation instructions, but found them to be useless. When I tried to use the Eufy app as instructed, the QR code on the box came back as invalid and when I used the QR code on the back of the doorbell, it kept telling me to confirm whether the doorbell was using a Homebase or a chime. When I pressed "OK", it went back to Add A Device and didn't give any further instructions; I was unable to continue. I called the 800-988-7973 support line twice and both times I was told by automated answering system that everyone was busy and to use the email support method; then I was told someone would be right back, but the system hung up on me. After an hour, I tried their support line again and this time I was on hold waiting for their rep to pick up for 30 minutes. Then I hung up.
