I have a household with cats, dogs, birds, and children. I didn’t have high hopes that it would be as good as it has as it has avoided many objects routinely and infrequently catches stuff it shouldn’t. So far I’m pleased.

Do not buy this vacuum

I had it for exactly 6 weeks and it stopped docking and charging. I went through all their list of things and troubleshooting, and they just kept sending me more list of troubleshooting things to do. I informed them that my returned by date was coming up, and if there was no resolution by that time, I was going to return the machine to Best Buy. They kept sending me more runaround emails and not doing anything about it so I returned it. Then I got a follow up email telling me they would replace it but at that point it had been days and it was too late. Common theme with us is that it works great for a while and then it’s just a piece of junk. Their customer service is absolutely ridiculous. They’re just not big enough company to sustain having such poor service and such poor quality.

Cleans beautifully, but this unit has battery issu

I took away 2 stars as the battery drains from 100% to 0% in about 30 hours when the dock station unit is unplugged. I'm hoping Eufy can fix this problem.

Good all-around robotic vacuum

The only real downside is that the mop water runs out pretty quick, more than I expected from the description, but I also have a lot of wood flooring. Overall I'm pretty pleased with the purchase though.

Great Robot Vacuum!

It cleans quicker and the app is miles better than my previous iRobot. The mopping could be a bit better but the Omni Station is a great plus for all in one cleaning.

Powerful suction and effective wet mopping
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The eufy X10 Pro Omni Robot Vacuum and Mop is my second smart robot vacuum with a wet mopping function. Additionally it has a mop hot-air drying function that heats it up to 45 degrees Celsius which I had not yet seen from any other vendor. My X10 Pro Omni came with about 60% battery charge, but I decided to fully charge it first white getting acquainted with the eufy Clean App. On its first trip, it went about its floor mapping business, around furniture obstacles, even over the thresholds between the living room and kitchen and over a number of area rugs. The obstacle avoidance works really well, thanks to the laser sensor and RGB camera that help it adjust its path and cleaning optimization based on the surface it’s going over. It also has bright LED headlights that help it find its way around dark rooms. The eufy X10 Pro Omni is much quicker to scan the rooms with its top-mounted laser scanner and A.I.See. It completed about 1200 sqft mapping of 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom in about 15 minutes, after which it returned to the home base that I placed in the living room. You can specify if you want it to just vacuum or vaccum/mop and also how often it will return to the homebase to rinse out and dry the mop heads. Speaking of mopping, don’t forget to fill up the clean water tank and empty the dirty water tank after several sessions. The vacuum bag also needs to be replaced, though it’s fairly high capacity at 2.5L and depending on how much debris you collect, it should last 2 months or longer. At the time of this writing, eufy was selling a set of 6 antibacterial and deodorizing dust bags for $27.99 which is not that expensive for a year supply. You can find even cheaper compatible bags made by other 3rd parties. The cleaning can be done for the entire mapped area or you can label and select individual rooms that have been mapped or restrict rooms/areas from vacuuming. Once it was done vacuuming, it easily found its way back to the cleaning station for charging. After a few runs, when the vacuum dirt tray is full, it will automatically kick in the self-emptying routine to the auto empty station where the waste bag is installed. The eufy X10 Pro Omni was quieter than the competing models I’ve previously used from other vendors and thanks to its A.I. See advanced Laser and RGB camera object detection, it does not violently bump into anything, instead it slows down right before the object and then goes around. It’s more powerful 8,000pa of suction than any of the previous models I’ve owned and also puts down 2lbs of pressure that help mop away harder to clean spills. Moreover when the mopping function is enabled, it will know when it reaches a carpeted area, so it will lift the mop heads by 12mm and stop spinning them thus not getting the rug wet - very smart indeed. Speaking of smart, it can be paired with Alexa and will respond to voice commands, and also “talk back” giving short verbal updates. Overall if you are in the market for an affordable, yet advanced robot vacuum with a powerful wet mopping function, the eufy X10 Omni Pro Robot Vacuum and Mop is the one to get.
