Has the rotating mops which I think is essential. Good mapping algorithm and complete coverage. Also returns to unit to empty bin and wash the mop heads, which I really like. No complaints so far

I have a household with cats, dogs, birds, and children. I didn’t have high hopes that it would be as good as it has as it has avoided many objects routinely and infrequently catches stuff it shouldn’t. So far I’m pleased.

Using this on the 2000 sq ft wooden floor, I haven't used the mop option yet. Regarding the vacuum, there are hit-and-miss places. Will review again when I use the full options to rate it right.

I took away 2 stars as the battery drains from 100% to 0% in about 30 hours when the dock station unit is unplugged. I'm hoping Eufy can fix this problem.

Good all-around robotic vacuum

The only real downside is that the mop water runs out pretty quick, more than I expected from the description, but I also have a lot of wood flooring. Overall I'm pretty pleased with the purchase though.

It gave me more headaches than helping me out with the cleaning process. Also, it went over the glass door railings. It was very noisy.

Descent (WIP) technology but not yet mature enough
