Solid vacuum, mop need improvement

The vacuum portion of it is amazing. The only issue I have it the mopping feature. I keep getting errors and then it won’t clean at times.

Disappointed but not for the reasons you'd think.

I purchased this unit, I set it up, plugged it in, it mapped the house beautifully then went back to base and proceeded to dump all of the water from the clean water tank on the floor. So I contacted the customer service email. they gave me troubleshooting steps, nothing worked. I emailed back and didn't receive a response within 24 hours, So I returned the unit to Bestbuy and exchanged it for another robot, but not from Eufy. I get sometimes products can have problems out of the box, but the support for this product SUCKS!

After reading the glowing reviews, I was genuinely excited to bring it home. But here’s the thing—when I spend over $500 on a product, I expect it to function reasonably well right out of the box. Unfortunately, I couldn’t even get it to connect to the app, despite spending over an hour troubleshooting. We’re no strangers to WiFi devices—our home is packed with them—and everything else runs smoothly. So this wasn’t a case of user error or a spotty signal. Just a frustrating experience with no clear path forward. After 90 minutes, I threw in the towel and packed it back up. It’s going back.

Customer service is no help. Where is my robot bro

I was told when I would receive item that was almost a week ago. I keep getting the run-around from customer service. They keep trying to tell me it’s ok that I haven’t gotten it yet. But here in the real world where customer experience matters this has been handled in an unacceptable manner. I am tired of big companies thinking they can steam roll people. I could get one that is available now but Best Buy has my money.

Make sure to buy extended warranty.

Seems to have sealing issues as result it never drains dirty water from the tray. I've return 3 of them for this same issues. Finally after close observation and placing presure on reservoir tank it was able to drain water.

The vacuum frequently stops in the middle of cleaning for no clear reason, even on open, obstacle-free floors. When set to mop, it fails to load water properly and just drags dry pads around the house. For a premium product with a self-washing, self-drying, auto-empty system, I expected reliability—unfortunately, this device hasn’t delivered. Would not recommend.

Garbage!!

After countless of problem shooting and calling the customer service number (which only was to put in a ticket) and waited almost 4days to get an email from a tech. I just reutned it and got a shark and had no problems with since. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!

manufacturer is horrible

It did not come with soap and the only place to get it is from the manufacturer. Yet they are somehow out of stock and won't have more for weeks.I cannot use something i spent $800 on unless i want to mop without soap which would be ridiculous .

Best robot vacuum I have had so far!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is my third robot vacuum (all from different brands) and I can definitely say that each generation is getting better. Setup was fast. For assembly, I just had to snap on the front ramp and fill the water tank. The app was able to quickly setup the WiFi connection and update the firmware. The mapping process was amazingly simple. It took less than 10 minutes to accurately map my entire apartment. Instead of having to run the perimeter of each room like my last vacuum, this one just had to roll through, spin around, and it was good. I purposely set up a good obstacle course with a bunch of random things to be vacuumed on the floor. It picked up 100% of the items in the middle of the hardwood floors. It missed a few things on the perimeter. I estimate that it probably picked up 95% of visible lint and other things on carpet. This is a definite improvement from my last robot, but still not as good as a good manual vacuum. I am impressed with how quiet this model is compared to my prior models. Even when it empties the bin into the base station, it is still loud, but not as loud. One thing I am not thrilled about is the base station does not have the best filtration. It is sitting right next to an air purifier which shows the air quality level. As the robot empties, the air quality drops significantly. As soon as it stops, the purifier goes back to normal. That makes me wonder how much dust is escaping the base station in the process. When it comes to mopping, I only used water for now because they did not include any samples of their cleaning solution. For the most part, the mopped areas look good. There was one spot where the robot spun around and left some smudges in the shape of the mops. Otherwise, I am happy. I look forward to trying their cleaning solution, and I am also happy to see that it is very concentrated. My last robot only sold diluted solution which meant that I was most buying water with a tiny amount of cleaner. One really big improvement is that this robot has water tanks in the base. It is so much easier to clean and refill! I love that the system cleans and drys the mop pads automatically. One of my fears was whether or not the mop pads would drag on high pile carpet and leave water behind. I am really happy to say that the carpet was dry. Overall, I am really happy with this new model. Is it perfect? No. But it is still pretty good and it is a significant improvement compared to my last robot and dramatic improvement compared to my first one. For the most part, it will keep my floors clean. I just have to spot clean the carpet where lint is firmly stuck to the carpet. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.
