    Waste of Money

    This vacuum mop was a lateral move, at best, after my last robot vacuum/mop. It leaves more clumps of hair and is loud. I read reviews saying that this is quiet; it is not. The filter is constantly being clogged and the roller is constantly has hair tangled. For reference, I have 4-6 dogs in my house, but only two are shedders.

    The vacuum is decent there’s only one brush spinner so it flicks things. The mop leaves streaks and I even bough new mop heads.its just ok not worth the money at least to me.

    Broke after 20 minutes.

    It worked geeat for the first 20 minutes ajd mapped our hiuse great, but then the wheels stopped turning. It keeps saying "positioning" . Cleaned the sensors and still nothing. Followed all the troubleshooting from manual and online. When i emailed them, it is just AI response. No real human. When i called them, waited for a long time and it jept wanting me to wait and wait. Returning it today. Horrible customer service. Oribably will buy the Dreame brand aince my aister is happy with hers and their customer service.

    Solid vacuum, mop need improvement

    I have been using this vacuum for the last month. The vacuum portion of it is amazing. The only issue I have it the mopping feature. I keep getting errors and then it won’t clean at times.

    Save your money. Had to have 1st omni 10 replaced after 6 months. Replacement lasted just over 6 months. Eufy says can't help you your out of warranty. I've got Roomba s still going strong after 5 years. Eufy is Junk!

    Now my unit was defective, but the customer service to try and get things resolved sucked. I purchased this unit, I set it up, plugged it in, it mapped the house beautifully then went back to base and proceeded to dump all of the water from the clean water tank on the floor. So I contacted the customer service email. they gave me troubleshooting steps, nothing worked. I emailed back and didn't receive a response within 24 hours, So I returned the unit to Bestbuy and exchanged it for another robot, but not from Eufy. I get sometimes products can have problems out of the box, but the support for this product SUCKS!

    I really wanted to like this robot mop. After reading the glowing reviews, I was genuinely excited to bring it home. But here’s the thing—when I spend over $500 on a product, I expect it to function reasonably well right out of the box. Unfortunately, I couldn’t even get it to connect to the app, despite spending over an hour troubleshooting. We’re no strangers to WiFi devices—our home is packed with them—and everything else runs smoothly. So this wasn’t a case of user error or a spotty signal. Just a frustrating experience with no clear path forward. After 90 minutes, I threw in the towel and packed it back up. It’s going back.

    Customer service is no help. Where is my robot bro

    Have not received item so Best buy is holding on to my money for free. I was told when I would receive item that was almost a week ago. I keep getting the run-around from customer service. They keep trying to tell me it’s ok that I haven’t gotten it yet. But here in the real world where customer experience matters this has been handled in an unacceptable manner. I am tired of big companies thinking they can steam roll people. I could get one that is available now but Best Buy has my money.
