My entire house has hard wood floors and I hate sweeping. This helps make the process faster and a little easier. Also my 4yr old likes to usr it.

Nice little vacuum

My wife only has one complaint about it and that is it doesn't hold very much but for the price she can learn to empty it a little more often.
