    I was drawn to this vacuum cleaner because it had the statement 'cleans better than a Dyson for 1/3rd of the price'. I used it once and found that I did not like it. It was not easy to use. I did not like the fact that I had to turn a knob to switch from carpet to bare floors and also had to press another lever to switch the brushes off and on. There was another to select the carpet level. Besides, it tipped over easily, the extra tools kept falling out and the hose was too short. I returned the vacuum cleaner for a Shark professional rotator and I am glad I did. What a world of difference!!! The extra money is well worth every penny.
