This does an excellent job of cleaning, but it comes at a price on your back. It is very heavy and hard to push through carpet. However, the carpet is vey clean when you are finished. If you can handle the heaviness, it is worth the money.

I had an expensive Kirby for years. This vacuum beats the Kirby hands down!

I will definitely recommend this vacuum to many of my friends that have pets.

Somewhat of a disappointment. Cheaply built. It annoys me more than it satisfies me. The cord is too short. The attachments keep falling off.

Good inexpensive, cord roller Bad, Doesnt pick up all the dog hair, tips over easily, attacments fall out when pushing around...

I wish I had more experience with this product. Unfortunately when I took it out of the box it somehow got a crack down at the base that make it difficult or impossible to tilt the handle back toward you to use. The plastic was cheap enough that it broke that easily. I might have tried one again except I worried the same spot could break again.

the hose is not that good, it is not sucking the objects properly

I came to Best Buy to buy a vacuum. I was actually not seeking a deal. There just happened to be a repackaged model of the vacuum I selected available on the floor. The sales staff reassured me that the repackaged items were clean and in good working order. Not only was the item not in good working order. I couldn't even put it together because several of the brackets needed to "snap" it together were broken off. As an added bonus the vacuum was full of dirt. Someone else's dirt! As the container is one of the last parts that you take out of the box I was certainly surprised and disgusted. Best Buy should be ashamed of themselves for putting this item back up for sale. I promptly returned the item. What a huge inconvenience. I will never buy a vacuum at Best Buy again.

This vacuum was bought with the intention of replacing a 6 year old Dyson. Unfortunately it lasted less than a week. Over the course of a week it was used three times . When it was turned on that third time is when I noticed the brush wasn't turning. I removed the belt cover and found that the belt was stretched. I shouldn't need to replace a belt after three uses. On top of that the entire vacuum felt cheaply made. Some of the latches were flimsy, the dust cup didn't seem like it lined up or sealed properly and the vacuum didn't always want to stay in a locked upright position. I returned the vacuum for a refund. I will not buy another Eureka vacuum.

I hate to say that in the world of vacuum cleaners, there are dysons, and then everything else. I held out for as long as long as I could but we have pets and kids and so a good vacuum is a must. This one is terrible. If you just can't afford a new dyson, look for a refurbished on on best buy's web site. That's what I did, and what a difference there is.

I took this vacuum back the same day I bought it! It is heavy and hard to push! Suction isn't that great and to much stuff is attached to this vacuum making it hard to navigate! Spend a little more and buy the Shark professional! Love this vacuum!

It broke in a week; it never had enough pressure to pick up anything. So it seems pointless to vacuum at all. Waste of my money and time, having to driving 29 miles to return it.

Poor performance. Disappointed. Vaccum does not work good. Plastic parts keep falling off. Poor suction.

Excellent vacuum so far! It's super easy to set up with no tools required. I really like how you can turn the spinning brush off to clean hard floors or while using the tool attachments. I also like how the hose on the bottom between the spinning brush and the hard air duct to the canister can be removed easily to clear debris and clogs. The wind up cord is a great feature, although I bought the four year protection plan just in case it wears out. The vacuum itself is really quiet compared to my last one. I'd like to add I've owned a few modern vacuums, and none have ever really been able to clean hard floors well, but this vacuum does great. I think the suction seal the designers put on it, along with the ability to turn off the brush, has rendered my broom almost obsolete. Great overall vacuum cleaner and good deal too. I definitely recommend it :)
