Easy to install and runs very quietly. Great replacement unit.

Great PSU. Used it for my first PC build as it was the only one available at the time, however EVGA is a great brand and I would like to look into more of their PC component’s. Also very powerful and will give you everything necessary for a Mid to High-End build.

Ryzen 9 3900x, X570 MSI UNIFY mob and a graphics card, this 850w unit is doing the trick. The 80 plus gold rating is great. Price was right at the time. Bestbuy, you crazy. Make me buy all this computer stuff and then be thrilled when it all works perfectly. Thanks BestBuy. LOL

I had a EVGA 650 but needed to upgrade so I went with an 850 which would suffice. The quality is top notch and powers up my custom PC beautiful. I would recommend this great product especially full modular as you will use cables needed to plug up for best cable management.

Good power supply for the price. Semi modular, ATX

I build a pc and i use this power supply and I really like it , on of the benefit of this power supply is modular and when you assemble tour pc you don't have bunch of extra cable in the pc that use the space and cause over heating because lack of good air circulation.

Brought to power a new video card. Supply is doing a great job only thing you hear is a slight fan noise and not much else. Cable management is great with module design. Cables are some what stiff but manageable and they provide plenty of length for an ATX case and board

Love EVGA, excellent brand, always trust their products, have their power supplies and graphics cards, never hesitate to use them! Excellent option, great to get it on sale. This is a modular power supply, plug in what you need, minimize the cables... awesome!

Absolutely Overkill. If you are wondering about upgrading your power supply ever if you buy this. You will only need to upgrade if you get a high end CPU or GPU. (RTX 3060TI or Threadripper) as examples.

With graphics cards consuming tons of watts to run, we need bigger and beefier power supplies. My first time trying EVGA and so far so good. Connectors are of descent quality and labeling of ports on the power supply and wiring is clear and easy to read.

Used it in my last build which was a 8700k, 1080 ti, 32gb 3200mhz Trident Z and Asus Gaming E plsu 3 SSD's. Worked great but I returned it 3 times due to bad coil whine which the third one had it as well but wasn't as loud. It only happened under load and I really liked the product so I just dealt with it. However with my current build I went away from EVGA just because why have coil whine if you don't have too?

My computer would not boot up, and I suspected the PSU. This one was a drop in replacement, and was an easy install. The wiring and connectors all appear to be high quality. Everything worked out of the box.

I usually buy Seasonic Power Supplies but the 850w one I had failed. This one works perfect for awhile now, much longer than the Seasonic. I tend to stress Power Supplies, like the cables that came with it, length seems about perfect for my application.

This power supply is spot on with quality. I went from a 600 W to this 850 W power supply. I added a second RX 580 Radeon GPU on Crossfire, and a 240mm liquid CPU cooler. It handles all components with ease. Great value for the price.

EVGA is always quality when it comes to power supplies. In my previous build I used one of their 650w models and that one works flawless as does this one. Great. This model is semi modular as a note. 24 pin power is part of the supply itself FYI

Love the amount of power that this PSU provides great power for the price. The only downside is I wish the quality of the cables were a little bit better. Other than that performance is great!

I paid a couple bucks more for this over the Corsair power supply for one reason: Cable length. The EVGA model has longer cable runs then the Corsair version. This is a big deal if you've ever built a system. You can deal with long cables, but for full tower (or even some mid towers), a short cable will end your day quick. Having said that, these guys went nuts on what cables to include. They put in every kind in there, including some that have connectors types that I haven't seen in twenty years. Runs cool and quiet, exactly as you would expect for a premium power supply. Modular design makes the cable runs minimal and clean.

Did have to return my first one due to some noise but the second one has been perfect so far. If my friend didnt havet he exact same one I would have never known that these PSUs are suppose to be dang near silent during operation.

Great when paired with a server psu for MINING has 4 x pcie 6+2 cables that are dual end so technically 8x pcie 6+2, also has 2 x cpu 12v psu cables that split 4x4 if you wanna run the extra 4 pin cpu on your board.

Im writing this review using the EVGA- GQ Series 850W ATX12V 80. I have been using it for months without any issues at all. Highly recommended. Would buy again.
