A: The motherboard cable is the only one preattached so I guess it can be considered semi_ modular.
A: Yes it will work perfectly with your graphics card. It has 2 pcie cables both with 8pin connectors.
A: You can use it with a 4 pin connection because the 8 pin CPU connector is actually a 4+4-pin connector designed to power 2 CPU s or overclock one CPU. Just plug it into your MB at either end of the 8 pin connector. This power supply comes with two of these cables in case you want or need to heavy overclocking or for Dual CPU Boards.
A: Yes comes with more than enough! All cables are Black with Velcro cable bundle wraps. Hard Lined for MB 1 x ATX 20+4-Pin the rest of the cables are modular.
