Difficult to program

I like to play Call of Duty titles, however, a few minutes of button mashing causes me pain for days after. I figured I would give this a try primarily for the auto-run feature. I am a highly technical person and still found this controller confusing to program even with the provided instructions. Some of the mods are flaky when playing with Call of Duty Advanced Warfare and there is no way that I can see to update the controller so it performs better.

Great for campaign

Not to be used for online gaming as it would definitely give you an unfair advantage. You can use it online without the mods but the headphones sometimes don't work with it.

Made it impossible to play COD, the only reason I bought this controller. I was very upset and returned the controller ASAP.

Cool looking controller

we do paint them. This is so that the controller feels just as great
as an original Sony controller. We do apologize if you are not happy
with the texture of the shell, we would recommend the Blue Urban
controller if you are looking for something with a matte-textured

Too expensive without added value

Saw this on the shelves and had $50 in reward points so I figured I'd try it. In the end I paid $70, worth that to me. The only added feature I enjoy is being able to Turn single shot or 3 round burst guns into automatics. The control did not improve my ganeplay on cod as it claims it will. The control feels good in your hand due to a better feeling control. The triggers seem to be sensitive, joysticks have better grips, and the handles feel like they have a better grip. If the control was $70-$80 it would be 4 stars. Not enough added value to justify the extra $70 tag. Would recommend if you have a bunch of points sitting around and nothing else to buy.

I will admit the programming features arent exactly pick it up and run with it easy - but with a little bit of use and a dab of aptitude (Plus keeping a print out of the different programming features on the table in front of you) its fairly straight forward. I was having a great time in some co-op wave based fighting. Cant seem to find any info anywhere if I should do the Xbox controller update with this modded controller or if that will ruin it. (I keep getting reminded by the Xbox to update the controller) Besides that my main gripe is this. It arrived broken. The left side strap on the controller wasn't fully clipped in and there was chipping on the hydrodipping images PLUS there are 4-5 places on the controller that arent smoth it feels like therre is sand or grit in the coating. Its not the end of the world but the finish was chipped and its not actually smooth for $140 (after tax) I expect everything to be perfect. I've called the # the guy posted on the other reviews it always goes to a voice mail box. So I left my info hope they decide to service me before I just return it and move on.
