    The device is working well. I had to find it myself. After being directed to the general area by the door attendant two very uninterested and lazy employees (one leaning over the counter and the other unwilling to get off his phone) refused to assist me even after I made eye contact with them and circled their station twice before walking off to find it myself. Very poor customer service. When I made a complaint to the door attendant he said he would talk to the two employees.
