    i'm getting tired of my fire sticks throughout the house and wanted a similar priced alternative. one of my smart tv has roku as the OS. i figured to give it a try. these things are more responsive than the fire sticks. menus load faster. the apps function better. you can access the same streaming services. it doesn't have amazon games but i don't like to play those games anyway. comes with double sided tape so i just stuck it behind the tv. usb powered so the tv usb port is providing the power. similar to the fire stick. good alternative

    Easy to set up and opportunities operate. Was purchased to view the Spectrum app and little did I know the two, Roku and Spectrum, would be fighting and was unable to use the Roku to watch live Tv. I mention this only to warn people Roku has done this with several other app streamer

    I like the Roku better than the other streaming sticks.. much more of a variety to choose from. The remote is more user friendly. Set up is extremely easy.
