Generally easy to set up and use but cord is way too short

I bought this to cut the cable. I am gad I did. It gives me a lot more flexibility. Had to get accustomed to it after having cable for soo many years.

I’m not sure what happened to Roku, but it restarts all the time. My old one was 12 years old and I figured that’s why it started doing that. When I upgraded to a new one and it’s shutting down in the middle of streaming and there are no power outages, it says I have a strong signal, my apt is 630 sqft, the modem is 10 ft away and everything else is working fine, it leads me to believe that the internet isn’t the issue but the Roku box. Quite disappointing, especially since the other didn’t have this issue until it was 12 years old!

I bought this product so we can save up money in paying high cable bills

Easy to set up and easy to work. No complaints here.

Needed a ROKU devise to watch the Weird Al docu-movie. Right device at the right price.

This is so much nicer than the ones that do not control the TV. This version is only a few dollars more and makes it so you do not need the TV remote as well.

I love my Roku! You are able to download other streaming apps which makes it so convenient! I cancelled my cable because everything I watch is on the Roku! Such a great investment!

Spinning wheel with this and the previous one. Seems to be a provider problem with HULU and DTV stream. Thought it was the old 4k roku - it wasn’t. I have r-gigs at the unit and it drops unither provider as a “failed to receive signal” at random times. Pain in the Azul.

This product was useless. I brought it home, hooked it up, and the first thing was a continuous error screen telling me the HDMI cable was not sufficient. It was the HDMI cable that came in the box. So I gave it a new HDMI cable. The next error message was “the tv didn’t have enough power to run the unit.” It wasn’t connected to the tv. It was connected to the wall plug with the usb and usb plug that came in the box. Everywhere I plugged it in, the same message came up. Nothing had enough power to run it - it was the usb that came with the unit. Yet, it was powered on with the useless HDMI cable but programming couldn’t be watched. Bottom line, useless. We hooked up the old Roku and used the new remote. We could not use the new unit, the included HDMI cable, or the usb power source.

I purchased this to start cutting the cord from cable for the extra TV's in my house. These replaced those boxes and we can still stream the cable through the streaming app, plus we get extra channels through Roku. The only suggestion I would make is to upgrade to the voice TV remote.

Great selection of shows, documentaries, and movies among many channels. You can get alot free with Roku. The interface and home pages are excellent. We use it constantly if watching tv.

It's a good streaming device, adding access to multiple streaming apps from a "dumb" TV.

Ridiculously easy to set up. I lost my remote, so I needed to buy the entire unit. Now I have a spare!

sometimes the remote turns on the TV, but not the Roku box. When this happens I have to unplug & replug the box and then it works fine.

It was fairly easy to set up. Got it so I can watch British TV on Acorn. Has worked well and I like it.

I like to be able to watch certain channels without paying for cable so the roku is a great option.

I like Roku, but I don't like the remotes. The buttons for several devices get stuck after a while. You'll need to constantly buy new devices, or figure out how to crack them open and clean the insides, which doesn't seem like something a customer should have to do. Make the remotes more durable please.
