    Did not really know much about this product before purchasing but was pleasantly surprised to discover that it can access our Xfinity service. I was able to reduce the number of Xfinity pieces of hardware and save a few bucks on the other tvs in the house by putting ROKU hardware on them.

    Definitely needed an upgrade from our last roku. It does freeze from time to time and when we try to rewind it'll randomly restart which is inconvenient. But other than that it's good.

    Finally fed up with outrageous cable bills I cut the cord and replaced with Roku. Easy interface to access many services including the Roku channel. No problems so far.

    I have three other Roku's and love them all. I even helped my friend convert from Satellite TV to streaming with Rokus. I do wish the remotes had numbers for going directly to a channel and the mute button on the side is a terrible location. Every time I pick it up it seems I mute the volume.

    Quick, Stronger/Faster Wifi and Crisp Video Output. Aquarium screensaver is nice touch tho not sure if that is available on previous models. Also bought during promo sale.
