    Because of television serves going off the deep end and getting less for what you pay for this Roku device is a great item and saves money also. Roku does what it advertises.

    Lots of channels. Clear picture. The main complaint is that there are no local channels, despite the fact that I also subscribe to local channels through FiOS, there seems to be no way to see the FiOS channel lineup from the Roku.

    This device is more laggy and glitchy than my previous Roku stick. It feels like it has been in use for a couple years already with how slow it takes to load. Perhaps it's a TV integration issue or perhaps it was actually used and repackaged after a return. Either way, I also assume that this will be a "only yours seems to have that issue, 99.9% of them work great!" situation. But this is also similar to how our old Roku behaved after about 16 months of use, so eventually I assume they all get glitchy. Next time I'll try a Google TV device and see if it's any better.

    The 4K Sony tv I purchased has a horribly slow android OS. This remedied that, the Rocku UI is phenomenal and really snappy. I no longer use my smart TV’s apps.

    I was going to get another joey from Dish, but did not want to get locked into another 2 year contract. I had heard good things about Roku and for the price thought I'd give it a try. So glad I did! Was easy to set up and add streaming services. No more monthly payments to Dish, and best of all no contracts.

    Now that YoutubeTV and Roku have an agreement in place, I replaced a couple older Roku devices. WiFi range and speed is much improved over older models.
