Snappy performance while navigating, voice function on remote works well. Everything has been working fine for 2 months now. The two other older Roku devices currently in use have been working great for a few years already.

The ROKU Express 4K+ has been a great item. It works as we thought it will.

We purchased four of these Roku Express streaming players. It was surprisingly easy to set these up as we are new to the "streaming world". With the directions we didn't have any problem creating an account and getting the TVs synced up. I am thrilled we have made the decision to go to streaming and it made it an easy switchover thanks to Roku! The only reason this is a 4 star and not 5 is that we did have an issue with one of the devices. I am sure we will be able to exchange this and get a new one with Best Buy. For some reason it said the power source was not sufficient, but I think it was a bug in the roku device. I tried it on multiple outlets and always got this message so I think it was something internally in the Roku. Didn't have any issues with the other three.

We have had a Ruko device for years and enjoyed it. Decided to get a new one and was amazed by the quality. It made a HUGE difference on both the sound and picture. Easy to setup and use. Will be upgrading all!

ROKUY 4K+ is great! Easy to install and it can operate all controls on a TV if you lose your remote.

This is a GREAT! stick to have if you don’t want to spend extra money on CABLE TV! Like everything else on the Island.

I love my Roku. I can stream everything I like to watch with no problems.

I bought this item already for my bedroom televisions and decided to have it n the main tv in the family room. I can enjoy the star trek movies on the larger screens as well as the British shows I enjoy. Installing was easy, per previous practice, and I love the fact that I was able to find one with a remote. I love the item and will continue to refer BB as the place to purchase it from.

Great item. This is the 3rd roku I’ve purchased. This one is a lot faster than my older ones. I will buy again. Easy to set up. Easy to ise.

Great product to replace your cable box. The remote is voice-enabled and can be used to control your TV Streaming seems to be the future and this Roku device is the way to go. I've been using one and I love it.

Plug and play works great. Got rid of my cable box and it's saving me money. Plus the 4k is better than what i was getting. Great product!

Bought for a family member. They l9ve it. So much more flexability to watch what they want, when they want. Gigantic selection of movies, tv shows and documentaries through the app. Love the option of cutting the cable and only paying for the movies that they want. I Nd they were truly amazed on the amount of free streaming available.

This is the 2nd Roku device I purchased, I decided to cut the cable after their last price increased and needed another device for a 2nd tv. Setup for these devices was easy, they provide a quick start guide, you will need to download the Roku app on your phone or tablet to complete the setup. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I find the remote uncomfortable for my large hands, the mute button is on the side where I tend to press it every time I pick it up, the mute button is also very sensitive, you just need to touch it to mute the sound. Best Buy had them on sale for just under $30 so it wasn’t a major investment.

Upgraded from the old Roku 2. Much snapper but doesn’t match the snappiness from my Apple TV. Great value with the bonus free stuff.
