V, but I guess it was not meant to be. But my wish was that we could bring the TV in to see if there was anything else that would have could have should have been done. The salesman was excellent though.

However, the remote control was broken right from the start. You couldn't scroll to the right. Seems to have been a big issue with this particular model.

There's a way to get to YouTubeTV, but it's cludgy and silly, and if they remove YouTube from Roku entirely, then that work around won't be available to new users. Do lots of reading before deciding on your streaming device. Having said all that, the product itself gets 5 stars. I really like the design of the remote.
