    Don't like how you cannot rearrange your favorite apps. Other than that, the product is fine. Also too many junk apps preloaded.

    My sister had Roku hooked up when I visited her in Arkansas in September and I liked it, so when I came home I purchased it. I have been very happy with it since. Works great with my new Samsung 75” smart tv.

    Very limited on programs it receives. Has issues buffering too frequently. Some advertised programs are delayed broadcasts and incomplete

      Other devices currently accessing the network, such as other streaming players, computers, game consoles, and mobile devices may affect the quality of your network connection. You might want to temporarily stop using any such device and check if that makes a difference.

      If your router and Roku device both support 5GHz, you could also try connecting to the 5GHz wireless network for improved network strength.

    Roku express has to reset itself way too often, never had a problem with the regular Roku

    Get the Protection Plan

    Overall, they're good and I have no complaints. My problems come in when it randomly stops working properly. The volume or the power button. If this happens and you have to reset and troubleshoot and nothing works. You'll have to buy a new one. Definitely make sure that you get the Geek Squad Protection Plan. You will DEFINITELY need it; at some point.

    This is tne second Roku unit I have purchased, and they are marginal at best. The remote supposedly has a voice activator, but when you ask for it to find a channel it can never do so. It takes 3 "pushes" on the on/off button to turn the unit and TV on (WHY???) and it has the most annoying feature of stopping what you are viewing a few hours in and flashing up a box you need to click on that asks if you are still viewing the channel/show...WHY AGAIN? If I am done, I will turn the show or TV off...you cannot remove this, so you are stuck with it. I have a disabled person in the house who watches TV while I do other things, and that poor soul (who cannot operate a remote) has to stare at a blank screen with a message when this stupid feature goes into play. Roku needs to do a much better job to make their products easier to use and more reliable...right now they are not worth their cost.

    Had to replace my original one that i have had for 5 years. The old one just wasn’t responding anymore, so went and picked this one up. Love using Roku, I never have any issues with using them.

    Upgraded Roku

    We already had two basic Roku Express and needed to add a Roku to a 3rd TV. This one was on sale for the same price we paid for the basic sod decided to try it. The additional features we really like are it powers our TV and receiver Off/On and we can adjust the volume with the side buttons on the Roku. Nice to use only one remote.
