    Kind of buggy. Freezes, sound drops….works good when it’s working, but it’s not great overall.

    Device worked fine for a month. Then the down button stopped working and I could not scroll through content. Customer service on Roku was not helpful, 2 hours texting with three agents were not able to resolve issue. Each one had me reset device, change batteries, etc. Waste of time. Now cannot stream any content.

    I have several Roku devices. This is my first express. It will not play nice with my TV'S HDR. I'm not getting what I paid for. I'm very tech savvy and I've tried everything. I don't blame Best Buy,y other Roku I had plugged into the same TV had HDR issues but I was able to fix that. Not sure what the problem is. I turned up the jutter on the TV and that fixed it but it looks like garbage when the picture moves really fast.

    Unfortunately the item would not work with my system. Not sure why but it just would not allow me to go to my paid subscriptions.

    The remote is very basic and does not allow number input to easily go to a preferred channel

    I've never had so much trouble with a Roku device. I bought one back in Sept. and it would not display the screen correctly. I exchanged thinking it was a defective unit. The second one kept giving me a black screen. After resetting it would not connect to the wifi. I tried on two different TV's and it failed on both. I went with the streaming stick and it so far has been working.

      If you still have the Express 4K+, we'd recommend using a power adapter and wall outlet to power the device, rather than the TV's USB port. Additionally, we recommend always using the Premium High-Speed HDMI cable that comes included with your player, as not all HDMI cables are created equally.

    The Roku works great. Only problem I’ve been having is tv will give me error saying to install high def HDMI when it already has one.

    Don't like how you cannot rearrange your favorite apps. Other than that, the product is fine. Also too many junk apps preloaded.

    Very limited on programs it receives. Has issues buffering too frequently. Some advertised programs are delayed broadcasts and incomplete

      Buffering is a result of signal strength, which can vary due to many factors. We recommend visiting our FAQ article to walk through some helpful connection tips and resolutions: https://support.roku.com/article/213122277.

      Other devices currently accessing the network, such as other streaming players, computers, game consoles, and mobile devices may affect the quality of your network connection. You might want to temporarily stop using any such device and check if that makes a difference.

      If your router and Roku device both support 5GHz, you could also try connecting to the 5GHz wireless network for improved network strength.

    My sister had Roku hooked up when I visited her in Arkansas in September and I liked it, so when I came home I purchased it. I have been very happy with it since. Works great with my new Samsung 75” smart tv.
