    Glitchy. Freezes and loses connection too often. Waited too long to return so this gets moved to a TV that is not used as often.

    I spent hours over many days trying to get bbuy to deliver these OR refund for the two of them. Then i had to demand a refund for the geek squads i paid for. "Oh, you want THAT money, too?!!"

    I have had Roku in past with much satisfactory results. Prefer over other products. This unit has been a total loser. I have to do the unplug thing as often as every 3 days. Drives me crazy. On at least two occasions have done the total create from the initial setup. Took back into store and was told it was a contact Roku thing. Can you say reboot?

    It did not work with the TV i bought it for so i returned it. The picture was bloated or expanded to where it cut off about 15 to 20 % of the picture But i use a roku on another tv and it works fine. But for whatever reason does not on the tv i bought it for

    need local NEWS coverage

    The geek squad was excellent, the product is a big disappointment. Streaming is ok if you want out of state news and delayed news. We do not watch the movies, we are not interested. The only channel we watch daily is PBS, sometimes we watch NBC or CBS. Im close to disconnecting ROKU and calling Xfinity. We miss local news stations. everything on ROKU is is either from someplace out or old news.

There is even a Live TV Channel Guide with instant access to live feeds from over a dozen national news providers, including ABC News, NBC News NOW, Reuters, Yahoo!, and USA Today. As for local news, you might be able to find your local station on either NewsON, STIRR, or Haystack Local and World News.

    Bought NEW Roku, but received USED

    The only reason this is getting one star, is because I purchased a NEW Roku from Best Buy and was packaged as new. When we installed it, we found it was actually a USED Roku with someone else’s email attached to it. We were able to reset it and start over, but it was a hassle during the hook up. Because of the shortage Best Buy was experiencing, we did not take the time to return it.

    Customer Service does not exist. 3rd company that charges. currently locked out because of contract issues with 3rd Co. look elsewhere

    Roku box works great but the remote broke within just a month or 2 and this isnt the first one to do it

    Roku voice remote disappointed

    Voice remote was complicated as it required user to setup a separate roku channel for every show you tried to voice command. Returned this and got chromcast w/ voice remote - much better. Geek squad training/troubleshooting also helped.

    Have used Roku for years. This Roku4K+ constantly gives me a message that it needs more power. Have followed all the recommendations to correct it and it still gives me the message. There is no customer service for Roku.

    Had a fire stick that we used to operate our TV, now with the Roku coverage comes & goes, very frustrating. Contacted my cable provider (Metronet) and there are no issues with my feed coming into my house.
