    Trouble loading menu

    I like Roku’s menu and navigation, but this one doesn’t load/turn on consistently for me. Not sure if it’s my Wi-Fi signal or something with the device, but it’ll show its loading and do the bubble chimes when I turn it on but then screen goes black and nothing happens. I have to turn it off and then on again. Usually after the second time the menu appears and once on it works fine. Kind of annoying though.

    Faulty unit. Got sick right after it was delivered so it didn't get installed right away. Then it was too late to return it. Contacted the manufacturer who was unhelpful. Bummer!

    Fire tv doesn't need roku, its built in already

    Have a recent fire tv, recommended by sales person at best buy that's what I needed as this tv hooked to internet but not to a cable or other sevice, Hooked up tv, it self programmed, and could tell immediately fire tv gets NO benefit from roku, took roku back to best buy for credit

    Picture is very clear, but sound cuts out randomly. Went back to my 4k stick.

    Glitchy. Freezes and loses connection too often. Waited too long to return so this gets moved to a TV that is not used as often.

    Volume button sticks all the time since i purchased, not bery good quality but lime Roku service

    I like Roku and have other Rokus that perform seamlessly but this model is awful. Glitchy - buffers multiple times/stream, has issues with HDMI connection (gets error message every day), has to be reset at least once/day and must be turned off and repowered up in addition to reset.

    Can you say Unplug?

    I have had Roku in past with much satisfactory results. Prefer over other products. This unit has been a total loser. I have to do the unplug thing as often as every 3 days. Drives me crazy. On at least two occasions have done the total create from the initial setup. Took back into store and was told it was a contact Roku thing. Can you say reboot?

    At first it worked great and i was happy how easy it functioned. Now the unit keeps locking up and then i need to disconnect the power for it to work properly. Haven't had it but one month. Too late to return. My loss i guess and there gain.

    I spent hours over many days trying to get bbuy to deliver these OR refund for the two of them. Then i had to demand a refund for the geek squads i paid for. "Oh, you want THAT money, too?!!"

    It did not work with the TV i bought it for so i returned it. The picture was bloated or expanded to where it cut off about 15 to 20 % of the picture But i use a roku on another tv and it works fine. But for whatever reason does not on the tv i bought it for
