Wouldn't work on first TV. But worked on my other TV.

Had no idea I would need to buy it to be able to stream a Sony TV with Spectrum internet service. But am glad that TotalTech had it with them. It works fine, however the design is poor. The volume control is on the right lateral SIDE of the remote. When you pick it up if not careful the mute can be hit or volume changes unintentionally. That of course is not Best Buy’s responsibility

I should have dropped cable years ago. Oh well...

I really like this product I used to have somethint similar but I truly like the microphone and the many apps on this system.

The device works well, but I really dislike the remote control a lot. It looks really simple -- almost too simple --but it is not intuitively obvious, and of course there are no instructions in the package. This makes finding the programming you want, or might be interested in, very difficult and frustrating experience. As a result, I hardly use it at all. Just stayed on with my cable company, which I'd wanted to get rid of. I would have returned the device but over the short 15-day return period at Best Buy, I was in bed recovering from major surgery.

Pro's - Easy to setup, nice user interface, pairs remote with TV easily. Pricing was good. Con's - Everything else, will not keep connection, drops WiFi after 10 mins, after 1 hour, after 5mins, etc. I've done every recommended fix, WiFi channel settings, reboots, unplug HDMI, unplug power, update Roku, Restart Roku, set Roku back to factory settings. Other than plug directly to Ethernet which is the whole point of me buying this streamer being wireless. After 3 days I give up, I am returning this item and I WILL NEVER by a ROKU product again.

Never use shipping from BestBuy.com It is the worst. always choose store pickup! Best Buy is the worst! I Hate Best Buy! Incompetent stupid heads! I am going the store to buy a Roku and then just return the other when it finally comes. Which is what I should have done I the first place. The unfair policies no canceling after the first 30 minutes, but I didn't they would be so frickin' incompetent at delivery after the first 30 minutes. Now I want to cancel and pick it up at the store but those Stupid heads won't let me. This is not fair! Instead I have wait forever for it to arrive and it might never arrive like the last time I was screwed over by Best Buy where it took 9 days just to tell my order was delayed and then tried to make me wait another ten days. Best Buy sucks! I hate Best Buy! I am never shopping there again!

This streaming device did not work with the projector in my theater room, so I had to return it and purchase a more expensive Apple device instead.

Love the Roku but was extremely disappointed that the voice commands don't include a sleep timer. Now I have no sleep timer on my bedroom TV.

I can't figure out how to erase a mistaken entry, so I don't yet know if it works
