First, I do not own any "Smart TV's". But I do have a few older Sony streaming DVD players that include a few apps, but they all are slow to connect and are not able to add newer services. I already own the Roku Streaming Stick 4K (3820R) that preforms very well. And now added this Roku Express 4K+ (3941R2) for another TV replacing the DVD streaming. These Roku devices convert older non-smart TV's into the fully streaming era. Or update older Smart TVs to Smarter TVs Has a few quirks though, primary one being the front light staying on. After researching online, it is a very common issue. Besides putting black tape over the light, there is a workaround that is counter intuitive. In setup, you need to uncheck "Auto-Power Savings", then it will give you a warning that you will be using more power. But it does solve the light always on issue. Appears to be a firmware glitch that Roku doesn't want to correct for this model. Overall, this is an acceptable streaming addition for streaming content and paid services to your TV. And if you are able to obtain on sale, then a very cost-effective solution.

Easy to connect, easy to use and great performance.

This works very well and there are plenty of free channels you can get. I have several of these and really like the convenience of changing the free providers

I've been using Roku devices for several years now. This new one is as good or better than any of them. Setup was easy and quick with more wireless features. I expect to last for years as the others have.

I'm glad I bought this Roku with a remote. I'm forever misplacing my remote. This one is insurance that I can keep myself from frustration and anger. It isn't expensive and it's a life saver. No more cable tv!! I'm saving hundreds of Dollars

Over all very satisfied with the quality and performance of the Ruko. I must admit that it seems like Apple Airplay is much faster connecting than my Apple TV 4K device. The Apple Airplay over Ruko is very solid and it has not dropped connection once! The only odd thing I experienced was having to manually tell the Ruko, during initial setup, that my TV was a 4K device. The setup procedure went smooth other than that one hiccup!

Works great and like that the Roku remote can turn the tv off and on as well as control the volume

This unit surprised me. I've been using Amazon fire sticks for years but needed something to support the new spectrum tv app. Roku and apple tv are the only options. This unit is very smooth, loads apps quickly and once you get used to button placement, this exceeded my expectations. I bought another for another tv in the house and may buy one or two more, one for travel and one for another tv. Anyone want to buy a used Firestick 4k?

This Roku model works well with no glitches. And it's priced right. I have no problems or complaints.

Easy to connect this product. Having the Voice feature is a plus. There are a few minor improvements that can be made. The volume control is in an awkward place is one example. Overall, it is a good product.

Since I learned that having Wi-f, I was able to get rid of the Tv cable boxes from Xfinity for my 3 televisions for which I was paying a monthly rental fee. With a Raku player attached to a Smart Tv I am able to live stream all of the same shows that I was paying a Cable box for. This Raku player also replaces using the TV remote. It is a GREAT Buy
